Excellent
What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly, offers excellent data analysis capabilities, and integrates seamlessly with a variety of other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be slow sometimes when pushing individuals through email cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing the effectiveness of my email strategy and understanding and anticipating prospect needs.
It has been a great experience using Salesloft.
What do you like best about the product?
All the information I need, particularly with the linkedin pluggin makes outreach great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be heavy sometimes and get buggy. My mic sometimes shuts off or the dialer randomly disappears. I would like a prallel dialing feature to be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in outreach and highlights the important information needed to have great conversations with prospects.

What I like most about Salesloft is that
-it's quick (pages load and are contacts imported quickly),
-Dialing and Texting are easy,
-Rhythm makes getting work done (and getting into a rhythm) quite easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it asks you rate EVERY SINGLE CALL. It asks for too much feedback and gives too many full screen banner notifications about settings you've chosen. "YOU HAVEN'T LINKED YOUR ZOOM!" Yeah, I use Google Meet but, thanks for letting me know about the Zoom integration every day.
In a "boy who cried wolf" fashion, I ignore and "x" out of notifications and "how many stars do you give this?" by muscle memory now because I assume it's something unimportant. Probably a few I should have read.
The People and Account outreach history could be much more useful if it was consolidated and viewable at the same time. Currently, "history" involves entering and exiting cadences, ownership xfers, (unseen) email sends mixed in with actual communication to and from the contact. If it was consolidated into the important information, it would make an impact.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use! The ability to connect to other CRM and emails to efficiently manage accounts in one app. Tracking, charts, its all there!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I don't like about it.

Being able to see everything together. Tracking emails/calls and sales analytics
Salesloft is a very efficient way to market to customers
What do you like best about the product?
Organisation of large amounts of contact data in a user friendly way and automation of calling lists but also the option to work manually if required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to have 2 Salesloft windows open as sometimes I need to email a contact and it will jump to the next record so I need another window to access a contact or if I try to email I have to shut the call dialogue box down first and then bring up the email as there is not enough screen for both.

How to keep track of contacts and customer relationship management
A perfect solution for salesforce accounts integration and running calls emails and text cadences.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about sales loft is that it will reflect all your logged calls with their notes and all your emails along with the text messages. So when you open a contact on salesloft you don't have to go back n forth looking for notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing to dislike it keeps my cadences streamlined for me.

Sales loft allows me to have a structured outreach. So for instance if I'm running a sales cadence I can set it up something like this.

you can run a step that requires you to engage the customer and you can automate the rest of the steps like Emails and text messages can be automated.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft removes repeatbale, mundane tasks from every day sales activities. It means I can cast my net further whilst remaining focused on objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. Salesloft is a great tool for all sales professionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft ensures nothing slips through the net, I'm able to keep on top of all outbound prospecting activities.
Easy to use it
What do you like best about the product?
I like because you can see when a lead opens/read/answers my e-mail.

I don't have anything to dislike Salesloft.

its simple. bare bones, doesn't take much learning

meeting links say "salesloft" in big letters, so its very apparent they're being sold

Great system to set up your outbound sales machine
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sales Loft weekly, if not daily. Cadences are relatively easy to set up, and the Saleforce connection makes it easy for me to document my efforts (without having to do double work) .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a few minutes for a new email template to be seen by the system when setting up a new cadence. I'd love to see a recommendation page that gave insights on my top performing emails and pointers from other people in my org as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email cadences let you "set it and forget it" saving me time and mental drain of having to remember to send email, etc.
