Cadence and CRM management improved to new levels

What do you dislike about the product?
-Does not work with NetSuite
-Lacks LinkedIn connection(Would be nice if it was similar to ZoomInfo)

-This will increase your overall usefulness of your CRM because sales members are more likely to leave better notes

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to prospect for people is much easier! I can create cadances and categorize my contacts! I can take groups of people and perform actions that would take me 2 hours in a 20 minutes. Definitely speeds up my pace if I prepare in advance!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little tough to figure out but once you have it dialed, you are ready to go!

Saves time, keeps me organized, makes me more productive

What do you like best about the product?
I love how efficient it makes me and my team. The insights are great for helping us optimize our messaging and seeing when prospects are opening our emails in real time. The variety of tags allows for customization at scale that is better than most email platforms I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team has had some difficulty with the dialer either not working or making them sound robotic. The Outlook integration isn't as good as the integration with Google, but that could be the fault of the email providers and not necessarily SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our BDRs be more efficient with their time and manage their outreach in a more organized way. It gives management the ability to track metrics and listen to calls for coaching purposes. We're able to reach out to more prospects than we were before and the processes are less manual.
SalesLoft to be a better Sales Rep
What do you like best about the product?
The configuration to set up cadences with specified templates and steps for different targets. Keeps things organized so I can be more productive as a rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support has not been great from a company perspective. Have submitted multiple tickets and things are not changed. multiple sessions with CSM, but feel left high to dry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved is the main issue of being a rep of getting the proper amount of touches in for a prospect as well as staying organized.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would recommend over the other calling and email tracking platforms. Have used others, but salesloft is the superior product.
SalesLoft is an amazing tool to help sales teams achieve their goals with speed and agility.
What do you like best about the product?
I personally love the cadences, and the ability to templatize emails. Our team has become a lot more collaborative with one another, sharing team cadences and personal email templates that have lead to improved outreach across the sales floor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything I dislike about SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Something we noticed with SalesLoft after implementation was the increase in team collaboration. Our team is learning more from the top performers through listening to calls and seeing how effective other reps are with their email outreach. This has definitely up-leveled business development within our business.

I would recommend SalesLoft to anyone who is looking to better organize client outreach, improve sales team collaboration, and increase the agility of their business development reps.
Great tool for sales outreach efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup a cadence and automate prospect outreach instead of working through tasks individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about. The import mapping needs to be setup with direct people import rather than integration with tools like Zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small sales team, huge outreach and activity. Takes the place of needing a large SDR team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it enables me to have 10x productivity. While it automates many functions, it still allows me to customize my message to have a more tailored message. All I have to do is throw my leads and contacts into various cadences with different levels of automation. Love it.
I like how it's integrated with my Outlook so I don't have to manually fill out the SalesForce activities with my activity.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the history of open emails on the lead/contact page and also saved on SalesForce. I don't like how it's only in the notification.
I also don't like how the notification for when the user is on the website is only on the notification and disappears after the contact/lead/prospect has left the website. It makes sense to track this and have some kind of dashboard to rank those who are engaging with the content.
While the mobile app was just recently released, I'd love to be able to have cadences and tasks available for me to do there.

Lets me keep track of prospecting to more than 400 leads without getting bogged down with research on what I've sent them.
I'm able to A/B test on the quality and design of my content and outreach strategies using the analytics provided (open rates, reply rate, etc.).

Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of vendors in this space doing great things (MixMax, Yesware). I say check them all out and see what really works for you in terms of your specific needs. We use Outlook and SalesLoft has a great integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a tool that acts like a thought partner. I have been able to double my visits with the same level of outreach because of the intelligence it brings to my work day
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many tabs or running the site for long periods of time make it bug out but otherwise great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It normalizes planning, social selling, and thoughtful outreach. I have been able to have much better results without extra work because of the good habits the tool forces you to have.
Great Sales Outreach Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft not only makes it easy to keep all outreach and prospecting organized, it also lets you see when prospects open your emails. I also love the ability to "loft" emails right out of gmail so everything is automatically tracked in SFDC eliminating a time consuming step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot I dislike here, but it would be nice to execute social touches through the platform as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, SalesLoft saves me a ton of time and allows me to ensure I reach out to my prospects on time.
