What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has made our sales team hyper efficient. our sales directors are truly blown away with how easy Salesloft is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
there's not much we don't like about Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
operational efficiencies, harmonizing communication, better follow ups.

Looks like crappy integration with Salesforce Lightning

What do you like best about the product?

hard to say really. The Salesforce integrations look crappy and no one cares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Checked some of their core features in their Salesforce integration and they just nor working as should.
You will not be able to call from Recently Viewed Contacts (!), the dialer will not recognize your contact when you will use it from an Account perspective.
What's more, I got an answer from their Customer Care that this behavior is ...intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Want to use it in Salesforce Lightning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be aware that it may not work a-OK with Salesforce Lightning

Shaved weeks off my SDR ramp time

What do you like best about the product?
I can reinforce our value props, talk tracks, and all trainings with a tool that continuously sharpens the saw. I can establish continuity in messaging. And I can customize it 100% to fit the frameworks of our specific prospects and their personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
While they are continuously making UI design improvements and in the few months we've been using it, those improvements have been significant, I think there is an opportunity to improve ease of use and design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Costello solves 2 very unique problems. It gives my newest reps a tool to guide their cold calls and provided support in nearly any common scenario so they don't have to memorize what to say when a competitor comes up or they get an objection. They can just dial without anxiety. It gives them the confidence to get started right away, and get opps faster.

Secondly, for my more seasoned reps, it helped them understand where they were losing prospects in conversations and gives them opportunities to self-coach with analytics to support them in indentifying areas of improvement.

I've shaved at least a week or two off ramp time for super fast growing SDR team. They see wins quickly, which gives them a boost early on. And those who follow it have significantly higher quality conversations, as measured by a lot of happy AE's who have provided tons of positive feedback on the improved quality of handoff and leads we're sending over. And for AE's to give positive feedback, you know you're doing something right :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Costello offers amazing, white-glove treatment during both evaluation and implementation. They know how to build playbooks that will be effective and easy to use for your reps. Take advantage of these amazing resources to get the most out of your experience. It's not just a great platform, they're great partners and people who want to make sure you get adoption and results.

Great tool if you weren't using a tool before

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Salesforce works well - you're able to import contacts and accounts, template cadences and engage with prospects at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool itself has a terrible UX. Clunky, not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging with prospects at scale - helps with efficiency.

Great tool to stay on task

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of SalesLoft is the ability to organize leads by priority. Being able to organize leads by priority allows us to continuously track/assign leads by their engagement with our company. It has allowed me as a sales professional to have more insight as to how someone is engaging with my own sales process and refine from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft has been buggy at times with email signatures, adding in other content to your email templates, etc. This is very minor though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You need to ensure that you are following up with your leads accordingly and consistently. SalesLoft helped us do that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use it to it’s full capacity. Make cadences, track cadences, and optimize cadences. Also, don’t get lazy with the email template. Customize emails accordingly!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the recent update that allows you to easily switch between a cold call script, voicemail scripts, objections, etc. It makes me feel ready to handle whatever comes my way when dialing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish you could move the plugin around -it currently covers Outreach, making them difficult to use in conjunction, or requiring you to open multiple browser windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me feel confident and prepared when cold calling. If my mind blanks, which happens to everyone from time to time when they're thrown off their usual pattern, it's a safety net.

Costello has been wonderful. Their support has been fast, and they've gone above and beyond to ensure their platform works for us!

What do you like best about the product?
Costello equips me to be able to have better, more frequent calls. Their ability to take out the admin work to helps turn out more calls for a bigger pipeline! Their support team is out of this world and has been super helpful with our growing sales development org. I haven't had a problem that hasn't been answered in a swift manner!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few bugs along the way but nothing they haven't worked out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Costello solves problems around keeping branding on target and calls in sync. The benefit, though I wasn't an early adopter in our org, have been extraordinary! I have been able to have better talk tracks and higher-quality calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics behind the outreach as well as the recorded calls which is similar to gong.io
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI isn't as nice as Outreach.io's and the ability to share cadences isn't clear
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used MixMax which was horrible, I would consider SalesLoft or Outreach.io over that tool for sure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it tracks opens clicks in salesloft and links everything right to salesforce and gmail. Having everything connected is extremely helpful and useful when searching for specific emails sent. I also love how if I send something from gmail it will log in salesfore as well as salesloft and tracks opens/clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how long it took me to figure out how to use this product. I had never used this product before coming to Klaviyo and it took me a while to figure out where everything was. I think once I played around with the product it was pretty self-explanatory. Also, I wish there was an easier way to upload templates and copy them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track emails extremely easily and understand what prospects open them and which don't. It makes me be able to cater my messaging and follow up/call specific prospects based on if they seem interested or not.

The best tool on the market for Sales outreach

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track who opens your emails and who clicks on your links, also knowing the location and device is super useful! I have used it as an SDR where I was running outbound campaigns heavily and the app was easy to use and giving you the possibility to customize your emails in an easy way. And now I'm using it as an AE in managing my conversations with clients

I definitely recommend it for anyone looking to boost their sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are emails you don't want to track and you wish to turn off the tracking for those emails, it would be great to add such an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to send and track the emails I send to my clients.
