Increased efficiency!
What do you like best about the product?
When doing cold outreach before salesloft I was copying and pasting emails to prospects. My output has at least doubled since my company has purchased salesloft and we have been able to improve messaging throughout the org by sharing cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to add images and screenshots into cadences. The format messes up a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving efficiency/messaging/increased output/better organization.

Track successes of cadences to monitor quality of messaging
SalesLoft is a great tool for managing contacts and their statuses.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to do drop-in voicemail recordings. The bulk download feature is nice because of how specific you can make your search.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is a limit of 20 voicemail recordings. Another thing I don't like is the inability to do an overall search by due date across all cadences - right now you can only sort by 1 cadence at a time. Searching due by dates across all cadences would save me a great deal of time each day. What would be even better is if I could search by due date across all cadences AND by time zone at the same time. On the analytics page, I would like to see the default search (filter by) section as "me" instead of "everyone".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft gives me the ability to choose a cadence that is unique to the role of the contact at the company I am targeting. The home page view makes it easy to see how many calls I have, in each queue. The ability to skip a step and to change the date of the step is a nice feature and allows me to better manage each company's contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, use and work with software. no lagging. syncs with SF well

The new homepage. Sometimes it also fails to call due to a weak internet connection.

Building cadences, easy quick reach out to prospects, lots of useful tools such as email tracking

The customization of layout, as well as the neat clean look of the product. I like how easy it is to edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes how long it takes to load, or issues with Cadences.

Streamlined process for me to access my clients as well as automatic cadences.

Great efficient tool. Streamlines wonderfully. Day to day tasks are more manageable.

It helps me stay organized, on top of my sales outreach and productive

Sometimes buggy and integrations with SalesNav can be wonky

Effective, organized, timely cold outreach to prospects. I've realized that I would not be able to do my job as effectively and efficiently without it.
The easiest way to create and manage email cadences and templates
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about this software is how easy it is to create reusable email templates and cadences and stay on top of them. It has lots of functionality that integrates with Salesforce and Gmail so it fits really well into my workflow. I also love the meeting intelligence functionality that automatically records all my Zoom meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use the dialer very much in my new role, but the dialer was sort of hot and cold with how well it worked, especially for overseas calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think Salesloft is a great tool for any sales or customer success organization to have. If you are just sending emails one-off or not recording your calls, you are missing out!
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is, for the most part, intuitive for end users. Support is always responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could use some work - a more robust solution.

Scheduling calls; sorting calls/emails; targeting accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely changes the prospecting game. I couldn’t imagine going back to prospecting before SalesLoft. I’ve got all of my communication in one centralized area with SalesLoft. Seeing when someone opens my email, clicks on a link, and the volume of activity I can do with SalesLoft are some of the perks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately images typically break when sent in a SalesLoft email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has helped me increase activity, organize my activity, acts as a large to-do list for activity, keep track of calls and voicemails, recording and dropping voicemails and cadences are amazing.

I can estblish several emails for clients for a topic and consistently follow up with the steps
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to hit the save button when adding a step or making a change to a step. I can not easily move more than one person at a time to a new cadence

I do not forget to follow up. I can see when someone opens the email and if they click for more info.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful aspects of SalesLoft is being able to build cadences and templates. Before SL I was working primarily off of spreadsheets and it was a nightmare. Being able to have a cadence build with pre-populated emails saves me hours in the day and allows me to never let prospects slip through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft does a great job of making my job easier as I reach out to prospects. However, it is not and does not replace a CRM. There are many workarounds in a pinch but I would say this is a tool that only truly works as a pre-sale tool - not a post sale or post meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound efforts and reaching out to a large number of prospects with customized approached and touches is incredibly time consuming and without SalesLoft I would not have time to do the other half of my job which is client pitching and proposal building along with account management. This has become a valuable part of my toolkit for what helps me do my job well.
