What do you like best about the product?
I like the real-time data on email opens, clicks, and website tracking. It's hard to tell what emails are resonating the best with folks and the clicks are a good indicator. I've been able to schedule a few meetings when I catch people on the website in real-time
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone function of Salesloft isn't great. It's hard enough to get a prospect on the phone, and when they can't hear me it becomes an even bigger issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-management. Removing the need for manual tasks is key and that's my favorite aspect of Salesloft
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're in a spray and pray type of sales role this is the platform for you. It's great for high volume outreach but not the best for catered messaging for specific contacts.
Good way to track activities such as calls and emails
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has very good cadences management for Sales to follow and keep track of their progresses. Activities are imported into our CRM, so we can manage to view and track all of our activities just from our current CRM>
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Admin, maintaining connections between SalesLoft, our CRM and call recordings take a lot of time, and troubleshooting to make sure everything runs fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SalesLoft, we are able to track activities from all reps and import those activities to our CRM.

Ease of use and type of activities you want to track
SL is very valuable when it comes to organization & efficiency with prospect outreach and creating
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful & uspides: organization, effeciency, effectiveness, tracking opens/views/clicks, seeing previous activities with leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some call recordings sound terrible and can't hear some of the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a list to dial right there in front of me is essential to my job and the way I do my job. If I didn't have that i would not be working efficiently.
Review of Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
The Cadence Steps and workflow are easy and overall Salesloft as a tool is an easy to use platform for sales. The front page is easy and being able to understand your best times to send messages or call are useful for you emails and calls
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone dialer is not good I have laggy calls all the time and sometimes the phone won't even ring. Also Salesloft can be slow too when you have multiple saleloft taps or you are using cadences and loading the next prospect. Also their needs to be more integration with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continued outreach in the background of my calls
Simple and Sweet
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about SaleLoft is its simplicity. It is very easy to navigate, without sacrificing any functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the software can be very buggy; slow to load, poor call quality, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity is a huge plus. The "Cadance" aspect is awesome! It streamlines workflow and helps you track metrics across the org very well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have little to no experience using other platforms however, I would be remiss in using another platform after using SalesLoft.

No integration with Netsuite. I was told that we could purchase an io from 3rd party.

Sales Tech Stack - Now Centralized
What do you like best about the product?
Using Salesloft has allowed us to consolidate 3 softwares to one. You are able to make calls from Salesloft, set up sequences, and monitor campaigns for our sales and marketing teams. Its integration with Salesforce is seamless. Making the switch to Salesloft has been a game changer for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Salesloft for a few months now, and so far there are no glaring red flags. There is a little bit of a learning curve but that is to be expected with any new software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the switch to Salesloft, we were able to rip out three other softwares. The price did not end up being much difference, but having all sales and marketing needs under one roof has made things very simple and streamlined between the two groups.

If you are using Salesforce, you will have a great experience in using SalesLoft.
Great tool for BDR/AE's
What do you like best about the product?
Works great for reminders (follow-ups, reach outs, etc.). Love my BDR's using this to understand who to reach out to and when
What do you dislike about the product?
Couild be more accurate (when people open emails and pass it around - "number of times opened" seems to be outlandish at times)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solves Follow up issues and knowing when to reach out (or when people are very interested in your email)

NO ANDROID MOBILE APP. (Seriously, it's heartbreaking)

Having insight into ops that I have somewhat forgotten about.

Data Driven decisions
What do you like best about the product?
I can have customer data and improve my sales call. You can also stay highly organized with pipeline management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes at the moment. I do wish our software could integrate with it though. My calendar can not be added because we use our Thryv software and not outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have cut my pipeline management time down by 30 percent. Through meeting intelligence I can spend the extra time I have listening to calls to find areas of improvement quickly.
