Positive review thus far with Salesloft.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact it’s organised and integrates into all systems that are needed for sales and more. Salesloft allows me to organise my work flow into cadences which brings more structure and organisation into lead flow. People in this job often use pen and paper, with salesloft, it becomes more automated and flowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how sometimes it is quite slow and takes a while to work and load. Maybe it is down to the number of leads in the system and integrations but it can be quite slow to load up a call, this is very rare though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
International calls is key and organising myself into structure is also key in the job I do. In this job we are very KPI driven, having salesloft record the number of calls you do and emails sent its so massive.
I am a MASSIVE USER of the Snippets and Template tool which allows emails to be way more fulfilled.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make reports from Salesforce more easy to integrate, it would help out a lot with the process of contacting a large amount of leads.
Whatever you do, upload your templates and snippets at the beginning because that will be the forefront of everything you do and reply to.

Not my favorite, but it's decent
What do you like best about the product?
Creating and saving email templates is pretty simple. I also like how easy it is to find/share a template and create the cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading your list is a little cumbersome. I usually have to ask one of our marketing folks to help me b/c of how SalesLoft maps the fields and finds "duplicates." We recently migrated over to Outlook, and the SalesLoft widget so you can "Loft" your emails doesn't really work well in Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it strictly to target my existing customers for monthly/quarterly email blasts and check-ins.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SalesLoft is the tracking of email engagement. This allows me to quickly engage with that prospect or try another way to connect with an unengaged prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications can be delayed which then causes me to be delayed in the outreach to certain prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SalesLoft all day long. I've realized that this software is a huge time saver and allows me to be extremely productive in my outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a sales team using Salesforce, I would highly recommend using SalesLoft.
Makes it easy
What do you like best about the product?
I get to easily add new contacts into specific cadences and run them to perfection. It makes my day to day way easier and couldn’t imagine life without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is if it had a native video platform as part of it.

Cadence automation, email tracking, integrations within current software, and overall saving time.

It's a game changer and worth looking into for your organization.
Scalable authentic communication
What do you like best about the product?
Support in Salesloft could be much stronger. Tickets do get answered but a live support option would be great.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides, it is still being developed. As long as you have it integrated well and able to see the large picture of CRM data and Marketing Lead scoring you are in a good spot. Otherwise, Salesloft will sit by itself making it difficult to know what is going on outside of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization at scale. Simple as that. Salesloft allows me to handle the amount of work as 2-3 SDR's. While keeping my outreach personalized.

If you can pay for it, I recommend using a tool as powerful as this one.

Easy to use, great interface. I really like how well it tracks the performance.

There are sometimes bugs. The automatic recording of calls doesn't always work.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the usability of the platform. It is obviously created to be user centric without complicated means of navigation and function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the dialer audio. From my experience, often times, the audio comes out choppy, laggy, with high latency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with prospects, leads, accounts, and developing pipeline for our sales executives.
Great way to experiment!
What do you like best about the product?
I feel like a sales scientist using this platform... I can test different email templates and A/B test templates and subject lines easily. I can send out a handful of emails in seconds, and easily call each prospect immediately after seeing when they open it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have only been using it for a couple weeks. Like everything so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me so much time. I now have more time for calls, planning, and hand-crafting emails I want to be more personalized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I haven't used any other sales automation tool before, so not sure how it compares. However, if you have no tools and are considering SalesLoft, it will save you tons of time and make you a more strategic salesperson too.
SalesLoft is a strong tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed using SL and the automated features it offers. Being able to complete a step and have the prospect move through the cadence is great. I also really liked automating emails and having the ability to send emails out based on the prospect's timezone, highly under-rated feature that allows you to pop up in the inbox at the perfect moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about the tool. I didn't enjoy the manual CSV upload of lists and the SF sync would randomly disable at times but it was still easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the tedious process of outbounding and keeping track of large lists of prospects. Salesloft automated the process and adds some solid intelligence behind outbounding. The email benefits of Salesloft are really strong

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track email open rates, clicks, and see the devices and locations that my messages are being viewed. Tracking call recordings has been helpful in allowing me to not only go back and listen to previous calls, but also keep myself up to date on accounts where my colleagues may have been in touch with a prospect previously. Cadences help me keep a standardized and precise way of managing calls/emails/and linkedin connects. Overall this tool helps me be more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the app can run a bit slow/crash easily. Sending images in an email as a template is a hit or miss - at times they're sent as broken images.

Salesloft has helped me become more efficient with my time and outreach.
