Salesloft is the best at what it does
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft allows you to schedule emails in the future. Automate emails to go out at a cadence of your choosing, then provides great analytics on the performance of your emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to break down quite frequently and is a challenging tool to integrate with other technology
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating communication, improving the content of my emails, and saving time by storing email templates that I frequently use
SalesLoft is a key player for our BDR team. My favourite part of the tool is the use of cadences.
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences are key for us as well as organization via timezones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dialler cuts out a lot and we plug into ethernet. Also it happens about once a week where the dialler will click on and then nothing will happen. Also, when calls drop out of the blue.

My experience with Salesloft has been very good so far
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is all the added tools on the contact's page (Sales Navigator, Owler, ect). Additionally, I am a big fan of the cadences and other the layout of everything in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'm not the biggest fan of is when I have to call through my cell phone or desk phone and press 1 to dial out. Not the biggest issue in the world, but it does get somewhat annoying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big problem I am solving is my call volume. I am able to make a significant amount of dials because of the way the cadences are set up it is much easier for me to make many many more dials.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will help you in a variety of ways when it comes to outbounding, handling inbound leads, ect

I can send personalized emails at specific times and the responses are personalized back.

Each email sent gets copied to my inbox.

Marketing. Getting the awareness out to events.

Email tracking is extremely useful to judge a leads interest in the content of an outbound email

No undo option when sending an email through salesloft on salesforce - on gmail you can have a 30 second buffer

It would be hard to measure the massive amount of time and headache that SalesLoft has saved me. This software makes it extremely simple to stay connected with all of our clients, and helps share updates and news with ease.

I would love the ability to conduct surveys through SalesLoft.

SalesLoft has significantly reduced our time spent on customer communication and satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to structure outbound communication to ensure higher levels of productivity from a sales team. The fact is, it would be impossible to opoerate a SaaS company without some sort of sales platform that streamlines day to day functioglns of an SDR team. I used to work for an orginzation which is shockingly manual, logging tasks to salesforce manually and manually dialing numbers on a cell phone. It was a horrendous waste of time and burned out most of my reps. Coming into Salesloft I was excited about things like click to dial and email stats, but was blown away with the idea of cadences that can be executed automatically. Now my SDR's can maintain high levels of productivity without sacrificing the quality of outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
There is too much focus on "people" and not enough on "Account". This makes executing an account focused strategy difficult. I also do not like the lack of reporting within the platform (it's very basic and mostly needs you to push to SFDC). Cadences also compile stats from people historically instead of within cadence which can be misleading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reps wasting time with data entry and manually executing outreach was a huge time sink, this solved it beautifully.

Compare to Outreach. They are like the Coke/Pepsi of the enablement/velocity world

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a great outbound automation tool to keep outbound prospecting organized and automated and increase efficiency in your outbound efforts. For prospects that have not engaged, or have had very little engagement, it gives you the ability to customize sales efforts while maintaining a uniform approach team-wide, while still incorporating the ability to add personal touches on multiple touchpoints simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the best tool for organizing follow-ups for AE's once demo/initial personal contact has been made. Whereas for "outbounding" it can help personalize emails sufficiently, once it gets to an AE's hands the level of personal interaction is hard to manage in Salesloft, other than simply automating the logging through a CRM integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems solved are mainly on the SDR/Prospecting/Outbounding side of the business to stay organized and uniform. It can and will increase productivity for engaging new customers and getting them in front of your closers. We have increased Trial to Demo rates significantly with the implementation of Salesloft.

If you are looking for an outbound/prospecting tool to increase productivity and have a uniform approach on your sales development team, this is the tool for you.
