Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it works - and the analytics component of seeing everything (calls/emails - optimal times/days, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see more data on the actual calls; who's talking more - which keywords are being said the most, etc. I'd love to see features similar to the gong platform introduced so it can be all in one place and pick up on more of the voice notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time - the automated feature saves a ton of time. Also - being able to listen back on calls helps for performance management and ongoing learning and development.

The meeting intelligence-we've lost recordings several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're doing our Sales outreach with Salesloft cadences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Purchase but make sure you have an implementation specialist configure everything. We've had problems with SL draining our API call limits, failed emails, and meetings not recorded.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a single platform to handle our team's outbound contact, in process client communications and historical contact details. Email tracking is one of my favorite features as well as setting call status updates directly from the call window, which we have sync'd back to our CRM.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the Gmail integration could be improved as I have to refresh it often to show updated tracking. They should allow more options for sorting cadences by timezone. Thoughts on adding a mobile app to show mobile alerts for email tracking?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single solution for all sales activities is incredible. All emails, prospecting efforts, calling, email tracking and team activity tracking? Say no more! The benefit is knowing who on the team is making the activity efforts, then listing to actual call recordings and viewing emails. As a sales leader, I know exactly who to spend more time with, who is doing the right type of activity and then how to share those best practices immediately among the team.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft lines up your prospects in the best way - enabling you to make efficient calls and add notes without wasting any time. It seamlessly integrates with SalesForce so that everything is logged properly. Emails can be easily scheduled or sent at at the same time with pre-filled templates that I've created, which save me SO much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the SalesLoft Dialer doesn't pop out of the screen - I lose my tab sometimes when I'm on a call and it's tough to hang up properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the loss of time from the back and forth that it normally takes if you were just dialing through SalesForce. I save so much time it's amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the team can target a large volume of specific clients with information that relevant to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of initial setup when importing contacts and building/adjusting templates and cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tools lets the sales team get back to selling. We have to constantly be in front of our clients. This tools helps the team do just that with very little on going effort.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a sales organization thinking about this product. Do it. But one thing is to make sure you get your marketing team is involved as early as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share content around the enterprise. Using salesloft we are able to push out promotion and prospecting cadences to the entire organization and report back with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still growing as a platform, all enterprise use cases not fully baked. Very excited to see where the tool/organization go from here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping sales/marketing reps reach more people more intelligently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about the governance of content before you start implementing. Once you open the flood gates and let people start creating templates/cadences, it's easy to let things get out of hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficiency, recorded voice mails, customization too much to list. Allows you to do the thing's you already do much more efficiently. he ability to quickly load a lead from salesforce or multiple leads is very easy. The email tracking is also very helpful when deciding when to reach out to prospects. Navigating through Salesloft for the most part is very easy. The notifications on whether an email has been received or not is great. I primarily use Salesloft for email cadences and email blasts. Both allow me to send templated emails to prospect at a much faster rate than gmail. The dashboard also gives you good feedback on which emails are being opened/responded to. Being able to create your own custom templates is very easy as well which allows you to change up your messaging whenever you'd like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Network issues, nothing on Salesloft's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts through the clutter. Able to close and land more business because Salesloft handles so many tasks. Tracking and creating emails that are sent to prospects are the biggest values to my job. The new ability to tell if a prospect is looking at our site and what pages they are visiting is also useful. Salesloft does a good job of constantly adding new features like a linkedin extension at the bottom of the screen to verify prospects. The dashboard also helps tell which emails work and which don't and making changes to templated emails is very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product will improve sales period. The product basically makes everything you already do more efficient. The automation engine allows work to be done behind the scenes based upon activities. This product is a must have.
I love SalesLoft!
What do you like best about the product?
I find SalesLoft to be the most helpful with staying on top of hot leads! I can keep a prospect engaged for as long as I need to through the cadences I create. SalesLoft makes it extremely easy to email and call prospects straight from Salesforce, so I am always up to date on my touches.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I necessarily dislike about SalesLoft. If I ever run into a problem or need help navigating the platform, the support team is there to help guide me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospect engagement and visibility. We are able to keep prospects and accounts engaged longer and track our thread of communication through Salesforce, giving other members within the organization consistent insight.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used things like Yesware for outbounds. Love the comprehensiveness and integration w/ our Salesforce Database. Just makes everything so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were cadence reports dashboard, so I wouldn't have to click into and look at each step or each cadence.

Great sales enablement tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create and share cadences across teams has been super helpful! I enjoy being able to collaborate within the tool, get analytics on email performance and benchmark my results against other team members, even copy the ones they are having success with. I also think their integration with both gmail and salesforce is super helpful. Before I would have to manually sync information back and forth but with this tool everything is automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics were easier to use, we track open rates, click rates, but it is hard to find this information and reporting isn't exactly easy.

Automation of prospect outreach for new and existing business with a way to track and log activity.

Do your research! There are a lot of tools out there that have similar functions and features make sure you get one that fits your needs.
