A powerful sales prospecting tool for new or established businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft takes all of the hard work out of managing your prospecting flow and has seamless integrations with other software we use as a business. If you are just starting out or looking to bring in efficiency to your proceses then I would highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
When importing from salesforce sometimes the URL field for the company contacins dummy data and then the person record appears to be linked to the incorrect company. This can be corrected after the fact reasonably easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was managing my prospecting activity across my calenday, salesforce and other applications. now my day to day exists in Salesloft.
Best Sales Tool since Salesforce.com
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't been so excited to implement and learn about a SaaS sales tool since I first implemented Salesforce.com in 2006! SalesLoft works with our existing sales/marketing tools and allows us to enhance our outbound approach with the tools we're familiar with: Gmail, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, VoIP. SalesLoft is also continuously updating the product and new feature alerts automatically appear in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no real complaints or lack of features. If I had to be picky, I would say that the integration with legacy email clients (like Outlook) wasn't the best. I prefer Outlook email over web-based mail such as Gmail. But after not being able to consistently integrate SalesLoft with Outlook, I switched to Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft gives us a structured and analytical approach to Outbound. Strategizing, experimenting, measuring, and refining every step of our process. It also empowers our sales team with the tools to do their job without the worry that they'll go off-script or deviate from the process. It actually makes Outbound fun.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales loft provides a great support to my prospecting duties. The user interface is great and it simply works great. It’s integration with SFDC allows me to save time when logging interactions in to different platforms. It’s great to be able to access information about the feeds in order for me to prioritize my follow ups. It easily allows me to connect to leads on LinkedIn as well and it also tells me what that lead has already been visiting from our website and what campaign has worked most to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes quality of phone calls sound can’t e as good as a normal phone call through a phone, as per feedback from people I speak to when using the phone app on the sales loft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see when my contacts are viewing and clicking links in my emails as well as being able to track and view those statistics for each of my cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish I was able to better organize and filter through all of my salesloft contacts. for instance, ones that view/click my email on a certain cadence. Or contacts that I also have a number for, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to bulk upload and send a sequence of emails to my prospective clients. The main benefit is being able to see when prospects are interested based on views and clicks so i know to continue to contact.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SalesLoft mostly to create email templates and cadences to automate my outreach and pace it so it is timely and relevant to the experience of my clients. Super helpful in keeping my planned outreach timely. I also love the tracking tool for guidance when a client interacts with outreach. This allows me to make timely responses and keep the lead hot until closed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about SalesLoft is adding people to a cadence. I often set up a cadence to distribute among 700+ leads. Going thru the 1300+ leads to pick the right ones is not an efficient use of my time. Is there any way we can save "groups" so next time I create a cadence, I can just add the "one group?"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the task of timely and relevant out-reach. By automating my outreach and being able to see who has interacted with my outreach, I can then plan my next attempt to move the process forward OR reassess the strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of the templates for communicating with my customer base and my sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's capable of doing more for me than I am using - I just need to take the time to learn more and get the ball rolling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency in the look and feel of communications to my customers with graphics, colors and attachments that don't get all wonky when they leave my inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Salesforce- Able to log calls and emails directly into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to distinguish between social media connects and emails when they are logged into Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me automate and log my daily activities, making my life easier by not having to do it manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are finding yourself logging calls and emails manually into Salesforce, you should consider looking into SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm so impressed with the Salesloft platform. The ability to put all of my different communications into one unified place is the biggest asset. Another tangent is how amazing their educational seminars are... the one I went to was incredibly hands-on and they were able to show me many features that I wasn't using previously... such as the calendar scheduling feature that can be built right into the actual emails. Amazing feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike a few of the features (which I've submitted to their product feedback). The most recent of which was the fact that a meeting booked by a prospect through their platform does not disable the cadence that the prospect is on. Get's a bit overkill sending a message after they've booked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all of our data stored in Salesloft, with a complete historical record of all emails and calls. It helps us stay organized and get context on older conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider the fact that their organization has amazing hands-on support and incredibly thorough product releases. It has made our job so much easier, and they have plenty of educational resources that allow you to get the hang quickly. Kudos to their team, we are incredibly happy.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use setup. Integration with Salesforce was essential to us and this does a great job of it.

Nothing substantial comes to mind. It serves the purpose I use it for.

Being able to see if a prospect has viewed or clicked your email is very helpful.
