Great for organizing your day

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft helps my team organize our outreach on any given day. Who we should be emailing, calling, following up with, etc. in order to better prioritize our efforts and ultimately be as efficient as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too much to complain about, the software does everything that I need it to with little to no downtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through SalesLoft we are able to share cadences and templates throughout the global team and AB test to see what works the best.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is easy to use - I love the ability to see rep metrics, track successes, delay send, & copy cadences from team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can only add ~70 contacts from Salesforce before you get the wheel of death.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Top of funnel marketing for reps.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences themselves! How to stay on track, call recording, linking to SFDC, importing contacts from SFDC, availability insertion with colleagues... I can go on forever!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit laggy, and there has been issues with the Gmail integration in the past
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our outreach has been increased massively, which means engaged prospects has increased.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To be able to not have duplicates/merge duplicates

What do you like best about the product?
Easy cadence building, meeting intelligence is a nice new feature, and strong support from their account team
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with creating actionable reporting but do know you can do a lot fo that within salesforce too

Standardizing templates and message cadences across a sales and customer success team. Recording calls and listening to improve coaching.

What do you like best about the product?
Great user interface. Integrates easily with Gmail. Cadence steps make it easy for reps to execute multiple step, multi- channel outreach across email, phone, and linkedin. Dialer works great.. even in Europe and Australia.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting... had to purchase services to create and install custom dashboards in Salesforce. Their OOTB reporting in the tool itself is very limited.

The accounts/company page is useless for us. It creates the account off of email domain which means the accounts in SL don't match ours in Salesforce. We don't use the account page in SL for this reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rep efficiency increased 40% the year we rolled this tool out to the BDR team.

Life made easier

What do you like best about the product?
The automated emails make my life so much easier. Not only am I contacting more prospects, but it makes imbedding a calendar to schedule calls very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software lags on me pretty frequently. It happens on multiple internet sources, so I don't think it's an isolated problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Salesloft for more than 3 years. This is by far the best platform for Email Tracking and calls.

It easily integrates with Salesforce CRM which makes my work easier. One can directly interact with the prospect without even opening the Gmail.

It even comes with Google Chrome extension so you don't have to worry about opening the platform again and again. It would give you a detailed notification of all emails opened, replies etc.

You can set reminders, schedule an email at a later time. Step up cadence and run a campaign for 1000 people a day. You get the flexibility to remove someone from the campaign based on the response.
You even get Unsubscribe link so in your the campaign that you are sending.

Calling is very easy, it is simple just click to call with recording facility.

A must-have for every sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. It has everything under starting from email tracking to call recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Helped us track email
- Helped us to train the new employee with Call recording feature.
- Helped us send a campaign to 1000 users a day
- Easily integrates with Salesforce, we can directly loft from SF without opening the Gmail.
- Gives the detailed view of our campaign - number of emails opened, replied

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use and makes for sharing email templates and cadences a breeze. My ability to send out prospecting emails has increased 10x
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that i cannot CC team members on cadences unless i send each email separately

What do you like best about the product?
The Cadences are fantastic! It's great for organizing each of the leads, and working them efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could see replies to emails and reply back to them easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that every account you are working gets the right amount of touches.

Easy to use service with reasonably high accuracy

What do you like best about the product?
The tracking feature is reasonably accurate making it easier to understand if someone is looking at your email. Since I typically email multiple people or forward an email to my manager, the fact that I can see the location at which the email is opened makes it easier to differentiate. I'm also happy with the ability to schedule emails for a specific time since I commonly email multiple time zones at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a slight issue with duplicate records being made in Salesloft or it not recognizing a record when trying to loft an email from Gmail but this hasn't really impacted me too much. I also wish there was an easier way to take a team template and duplicate it to make a personalized copy for yourself so I wouldn't need to copy and paste the template and make my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate tracking of opens and clicks on emails as well as an easy way to track SDR activity with its direct integration to Salesforce. The convenient integrations save a lot of time since I don't need to upload activities and try to prove I've been working since the tool does it for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works best when it can be used along with CRM such as Salesforce, which allows you to build out targets in the CRM and directly import to Salesloft and place in the relevant cadence. This way you don't need to work in .csv.
