Easy to use service with reasonably high accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking feature is reasonably accurate making it easier to understand if someone is looking at your email. Since I typically email multiple people or forward an email to my manager, the fact that I can see the location at which the email is opened makes it easier to differentiate. I'm also happy with the ability to schedule emails for a specific time since I commonly email multiple time zones at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a slight issue with duplicate records being made in Salesloft or it not recognizing a record when trying to loft an email from Gmail but this hasn't really impacted me too much. I also wish there was an easier way to take a team template and duplicate it to make a personalized copy for yourself so I wouldn't need to copy and paste the template and make my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate tracking of opens and clicks on emails as well as an easy way to track SDR activity with its direct integration to Salesforce. The convenient integrations save a lot of time since I don't need to upload activities and try to prove I've been working since the tool does it for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works best when it can be used along with CRM such as Salesforce, which allows you to build out targets in the CRM and directly import to Salesloft and place in the relevant cadence. This way you don't need to work in .csv.
Sales loft is a very useful solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to track my email activity and have it directly flow into SalesForce. saves me a lot of time and effot. I also like that I can share templates with my team and use their templates as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the cadence stuff seems super confusing but then again ive never taken the time to figure it out. besides that nothing. pretty convenint solution that plugs right into my workflow

saving time and effort and increasing collaboration and my footprint as a salesperson.
Great software for efficient sales prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to keep track of cadences and where your prospects are in the funnel. I especially like using Salesloft for email tracking and reviewing open rate, click rate, response rates, etc. Also the click to dial is pretty slick inside Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Salesloft disconnects randomly and I'll have to reopen or relaunch it, other than that nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to track which prospecting emails are most effective and what cadences are working. We've also been much, much more efficient with prospecting and making dials.
Most efficient tool to drive successful prospecting strategies
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is a tool that I utilize every single day in my current role, Business Development. My favorite part about the tool is the single-pane-of-glass approach to prospecting, being able to have everything I need at my fingertips. Using the seamless integrations with Linkedin Sales Navigator, & SalesForce keeps me on-task & diligent with my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft is a phenomenal tool for any sales team to equip in their proverbial "toolbelt", & if I had to change anything about it - Would be to add a few more sentiment options in the "calls" portion of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has impacted my work & workflow immensely, I use it to keep tabs on all my prospects, clients & potential clients. Keeping me diligently focused & eliminating the need for DIY notes & reminders on an individual or company because SalesLoft has built-in reminders & follow-up tasks that keep me on track.
Salesloft from a leadership perspective
What do you like best about the product?
Setting cadences is easy, managing those cadences to see which ones are working/ not working based on various fields is a plus. Live Call Studio is great to just simply hop on listen to rep's calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Pre-recorded calls are buggy, where each ear is one sided (non-stereo). I like to have one ear on headphones, and cannot do this. Reached out to service, who is aware, but no fix is available yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hi volume calls are easily done and tracked. It is a good coaching tool that allows you to pinpoint opportunities to address. Would love to see more analytics of the calls themselves (Key works, Talk/ Listen Ratios, Etc)
Great software
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is very user friendly. The training team was helpful, but it is also pretty easy to figure out some features by yourself. I love the calendar integration and the newer feature that allows you to add specific availability to emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little glitchy at times but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to condense a few separate programs into one with SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the ease to send tailored emails, the ability to see real time activity, and leveraging cadences to stay organized. The support from the Salesloft team was great, the CIO literally helped us fix our issues in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with our Salesforce instance wasn't the best. Also, the call quality was low when I used the click to call functionality in Salesloft.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to leverage scheduled emails. This functionality was not something our team realized the value in at the start.
Salesloft is our execution tool
What do you like best about the product?
The email open/click tracking is super valuable for reaching out to prospects while they're thinking about us. I love the fact that I can use the Live Call Studio to coach reps using the "whisper" function, or join the call live and lead by example.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any system, there are sometimes bugs. The team there is great about updating us and taking action to resolve the problems quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a sales team of roughly 20 reps. Pipeline management for any sales team is pinnacle, but also a major area of weakness for any given salesperson. We use SalesLoft to help our reps manage their pipeline effectively and make sure that nothing slips through the cracks in any given status.
Best Sales Outreach Tool on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature offered by Salesloft is the seamless integration with Salesforce.com. It logs all activity points without having to go back and forth between systems, which in turn gives accurate reporting info when it is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find an aspect of Salesloft that I don't like. It is truly an amazing tool for Sales Outreach.

The need to track opens, clicks, and replies on all my outbound efforts.

Love this product
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft makes my day-to-day way more organized. It's very clear which different channels I need to pursue that day, and it works well with our CRM. I like being able to schedule emails directly through the platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike! Sometimes our leads don't push into Salesloft right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time through utilizing the cadences. I can have much more meaningful conversations with people this way and far fewer things fall through the cracks.
