DNC restrictions -- do not call people cannot be put into an email cadence
calling is sometimes buggy where it'll automatically disconnect or not log the call

Great tool for scheduling in emails to prospective clients

What do you like best about the product?
Saves time with scheduling and the company input functionality essentially facilitates mass personalisation - the email tracking is also great
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was a bit easier to automate the flow through steps - I know the current method

SL has had a great impact on the output of my outreach as a csr
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a prospective salesman and you're looking to increase your outreach then I would definitely recommend Salesloft as a tool to do just that whilst simultaneously making your life easier with its email automation features, baked-in email intelligence, and fantastic customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, I have found the best feature is that I can see who opens my email. And if they have clicked on any of the links I have sent. That way, when I circle back around with them, I can reference that I recently sent them an email and I am not sure if they had a chance to click on X Y Z link, knowing, in fact, they did. It helps my follow up/dialogue.

I am also a huge fan of the cadences. Knowing what to say, what to email and having it already loaded into SalesLoft is huge. I come into work, I open my SalesLoft and I see what my day is going to be. It tells me which step I am on, whether it be an email that I can mass send to everyone (individually) or if I am making phone calls for the day.

I also love that it tells me if I am adding someone to the cadence if they are already in another cadence.

I also love that it integrates with SalesForce. I can be in someone's account/contact and click a button for me to import that individual into SalesLoft, and then SalesLoft opens up asking which cadence I need to load them into.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much that I don't love about this product, but the one thing I wish I could change is instead of skip this step - individually, if there was a button like the send all button for emails - if I could do skip this step for all of them, that would be helpful!

Also, the only way to get someone out of a cadence is by marking them as a success. I wish you could mark someone nonsuccess or give a reason why, because although they reached back out to me and said they were not interested, I don't love ONLY clicking success. For me, it messes with my ratio of success rates of people who are actually interested in continuing the conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, being able to shift my dialogue around what they are specifically looking at makes the follow-up conversations easier. I now tailor the conversation around their click-through ratios. I also love that it organizes my day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to automation and an easy way to track your day to day calls/emails - this would be the product to get!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the pre-written emails, it's make it much easier to reach out to multiple people at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls, can be really loud or really low, the volume isn't the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending mass emails as well and keeping track of who's being called and when.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and UX are top notch - which means less time training my team on how to use the platform. As an admin of the tool, it's so easy to figure it out which means less time calling support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were easier ways to filter reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for dormant leads, leads going dark, and opportunities going dark with Salesloft. We have realized that our team was way under performing with activity prior to this.

Awesome Tool for Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is incredibly user friendly and I love being able to organize my leads into cadences. This is a groundbreaking tool in terms of keeping all of your prospects under one easy to use platform. I have a very straightforward process of calls and emails to be done, I am notified when there is a step to be completed, and then I go ahead and do what I have to do. I truly believe that this platform has allowed for the sales success that I have experienced at my time at the company I am currently at. It makes my life a lot easier and keeps all of the information I need to have access to on potential clients, all in one place.I also like the analytics tool that gives me a lot of good data on my own personal performance so I can see what I am doing well on and areas that could use a little more work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dialer application can be a bit buggy. I've had latency issues and the person on the other side of the line not being able to hear me (voice coming through choppy).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly go through a list of potential leads and see notes that I see on them and call/ email history right in front of me. Seamless to use

It will make your sales process/ prospecting MUCH easier and more convenient

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesloft allows me to organize my outreach. There's so many people I'm constantly reaching out to, so to have it all organized in one place in the unique order that I want it to be is very valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any system, it sometimes isn't operating as smooth as I'd like for example there have been times when its been down for 10 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating my outreach and keeping track of who I need to be reaching out to based on their views and clicks of my emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized it can be from an account level. You can see the progress you have made on an entire account before you make any calls. Makes it easier to have conversations based on what you've learned from previous calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature to embed an PDF into an email. There are workarounds that I learned from your customer service department, but it doesn't allow clickable links in the actual PDF. These are important for my outreach because it's tough to get email links clicked when you're cold calling/emailing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization is the biggest benefit. Allows me to setup my day based on the emails analytics and including cold call steps in the cadences. Keeps me accountable when I have due steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product for customer outreach if you have sales reps in an outbound field sales/cold calling type role

The automation is the best. Scheduling emails which are sent when I want them is great.

SalesLoft deletes steps after a cadence is completed which is a pain because I have to reload the contacts.
