Territory Manager and power user! Lost without SalesLoft

What do you like best about the product?
It's overall a great tool that I recommend for multiple business units. SalesLoft helps me organize my day, messaging and outreach. Knowing when my customers and prospects are opening and engaging with my emails and content is a huge bonus. I have used SalesLoft for 3 years and am working within it daily. Wouldn't be able to be as organized or successful without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tricky formatting on creating emails. If you try to copy and paste content from another system, the formatting in the email gets very messy. Frustrating to continually have to keep editing it to get the email the way you want it to look. I also wish the reporting capabilities were more clear. Driving more insights from the words I'm using, content I am sending and time of day I'm having success would be super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving massive amounts of time reaching out to my current customer and generating new business with prospecting. Real-time email tracking. More organized and efficient. I can track my most efficient emails and drive KPI's from the data. I can also share my successful emails, templates and cadences with my colleagues in the click of a few buttons. The user interface is pretty straight forward and it helps me reach out to customers quickly and personally.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If I could only pick 3 pieces of software to use in my day-to-day. Salesloft, without a doubt, would be on that list.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is super is to use! It makes my job easier as a sales professional with the email tracking tools, cadences, sales recordings so I can review calls, etc. etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything I dislike. I have had a great experience with every feature of SalesLoft that I've used!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a lot more efficient and I can review my calls so I can continue to grow and develop

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of it. How the cadences keep me organized throughout my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
the dispositions that are available to click on. They are not very specific after the end of each call I make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are that you are able to consistently keep track of how many emails and calls you make to a client. It's almost like you are running a blitz on each client in a very effective way. Takes the thinking out of the process as well. You save time and energy and focus on the important stuff like needs evaluation and the selling aspect.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool! It's simple, yet can be used in a very sophisticated way. SL accelerates lead generation, brings predictability and consistency (especially when sync'ed with SFDC).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I guess full integration with LinkedIn SN in sending messages from SL would be of value.

I love the cadences! They really help me organize
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the process of finding where a person is within the cadence. I wish I could click on their step and be taken right to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good follow-up on all stages of sales activity (from Leads to complete onboarding). The cadences allow me to capture and track various steps within each stage of Sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps the sales process organized and easy to manage. Appreciate how it integrates with Salesforce for easy tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it's difficult to remove certain people from a campaign or see when they're in another cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the issue that I run into where I'm not sure who I've emailed what or where they stand in the sales process. With Salesloft, I'm able to craft great emails and then not think about moving contacts through the process. It's really seamless and a huge time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
the cost, and the SFDC integration were huge factors for switching, bt the automation rules are where it really shines.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of account based selling features, would like to be abel to phone an account directly and propsect a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the immediate switch was for improved deliverability and reduce the number of API calls, both have been resounding successes, but our real benefit has been in the sales automation processes we've been able to build out.

highly recommend with salesforce
