A Sales Tool for Marketers

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesloft is that structured follow up can be easily created for any type of marketing or sales situation. As the VP of Marketing, I'm always trying to create more systematic ways to execute and track follow up of leads and to date Salesloft is the easiest tool I've ever used.

I also love the detailed analytics and dashboards that make reporting a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things that I don't like about Salesloft. On a few occasions, I've had a challenge adjusting cadences after they have been created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A systematic way to execute and track the follow up of any lead regardless of where it is in the sales or marketing funnel.

The biggest benefit I have realized is having the sales team engage with prospects because they can drop them directly into a cadence from Salesforce. The improved workflow ensures that follow up happens.

I also use Salesloft for contract SDR so I can coach them remotely using recordings in the platform. I have complete transparency in the outreach process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration of calls, emails, and cadences all from one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Support has been fantastic for all issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tool sprawl-we were able to get rid of Tout and Inside Sales

What do you like best about the product?
The email tracking is a great feature to use as well as the local dial feature. The use of both features has increased the connection rate for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small glitches with the platform that can hinder productivity slightly but all in all it’s great. There are minor differences in the font and color of text at time when making edits to emails that are utilizing templates so it is something to be aware of and can add time to sending emails but is still faster than writing custom emails for every prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining contact with unresponsive contacts and increasing the track-ability of prospects in a sales campaign rather than relying on spreadsheets and manually updating them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend implementing SalesLoft and using it as your primary outreach tool. I rarely, if ever, use SalesForce to conduct my outreach now.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is one place, all tasks for the day are clearly labeled and easy to tick each off as you go along.
Allows me to track, engage, use data to review my cadence performance
I like the data, the day to day to do list of what needs to be done and what step you are one
What do you dislike about the product?
When you submit your call or email disposition it automatically moves on to the next person, sometimes having to go back.
sometimes the lead of not removed when you hit bad/no fit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed to lead is most important with my role.
This means i am getting more contact touches per day as everything is clearly labeled and in one place
Salesloft allows me to track the leads/emails/calls and cadence more efficiently and shows me the score of each cadence1 This allows me to change any bad performing cadences with low scores to one that is better performing

Invest if managing leads is important to you

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspects of Salesloft are the snippets and templates to send prospects or customers emails which I send often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do not like the aspect of seeing emails "read" over and over again when one of my colleagues opens up the email they are in the same chain on. There should be preferences to adjust this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to automate my outreach and ensure I spend the majority of my time focusing on solving customer issues or closing a sale.

What do you like best about the product?
This product allows for high activity levels without sacrificing the quality of your outreach. A/B testing with Salesloft is simple and very insightful for the sales development team. Customization with Salesloft is what sets apart this tool with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for the reminders section in SalesLoft to integrate back into Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are maximizing the value of the leads we have with SalesLoft. This has allowed us to create opportunities that would have otherwise been lost in Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering SaleLoft, you should pull the trigger on the purchase! You and your team will not be disappointed with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it makes the majority of my day much more automated. I am able to get my email portion of my job done in a fraction of the time. Also, the ability to put a contact into a cadence from SalesForce keeps me organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes about the product. Maybe some of the features could be a little more "new user friendly", but once you play around with it, everything makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem that is being solved by using SalesLoft is keep our email cadences organized and efficient.

The integration to Salesforce is the best addition you can do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it allows me to keep notes and logs of every call I've ever dialed. I also love the ability to integrate with LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was automated with Zoho. Manual entry for leads is sometimes a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Matching contacts in Linked through Salesloft is so convenient and allows me to connect with them seamlessly.
