Simple solution, the more you use it, the better it gets.
What do you like best about the product?
Email cadences - ability to schedule emails out is very helpful and saves lots of time
What do you dislike about the product?
phone call - can be poor quality and cuts out

Automating manual tasks
Essential part to any Inside Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use cadences, easy to retrieve insights on those cadences effectiveness, the home page that gives you a live feed of who has opened your emails. Also - with the call feature, that automatically pulls up their Salesforce account, it makes it very easy to take notes and keep track of recent calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have some times where it is down however this only maybe happened once a month. Not a huge issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Salesloft, your day is everywhere. You would have to use Google Calendar and a whole lot of brain power to remember what to do and when to do it for your prospects. With Salesloft, it organizes everything and turns it into a true enablement tool
SalesLoft makes my job easier
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to do all of my outbound efforts in SalesLoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I encounter bugs. The emails in the cadence will sometimes send without letting me edit them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of my sales cadences and email templates in one place saves me hours of time copying and pasting email templates.
A simple platform with lots of potential
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can see who viewed the email you’ve sent
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes though when my colleagues or I view the email, salesloft mistakes it as the recipient viewing the email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating and marketing to my clients even when I’m not working. Exploiting their inboxes when they’re most alert.
Best email/call cadence tool in the industry
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and flexibility and integration with Salesforce so I don't have to double log information
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't put someone on hold and add a call then merge them, unless that is something I can do I just don't know how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting meetings with prospects and we just got meeting intelligence so I am excited to see how that works
a great way to create a consistent, repeatable process around business development and prospecting

SalesLoft is a tool that our growth marketing team is currently involved in using and it does a great job of aligning our business development team with their campaigns and efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any major complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ensuring that all BDR's are following a process that's proven to be successful and minimizing the risk that they go off and do their own thing unsuccessfully.
Sales enablement + personlization
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to reduce manual processes without becoming a robot. Personalization is there but SalesLoft makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there is no complaints I have with it!

SalesLoft has made me more efficient at engaging prospects and delivering the best buying experience.
The outbound callers dream!
What do you like best about the product?
Click to call with Drop in Voicemail and email tracking. Absolutely amazing and has earned me business.

I dont really use the cadences. they seem jumbled and confusing to me, but some people love them

Increased call volume. Passive marketting from my sales desk.

SalesLoft makes it easy to manage outbound efforts by tracking emails, tracking calls and progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had issues with the email tracking not working properly.

It's made it easier to manage outreach for a large number of accounts.
Great tool for prospecting and management of sales tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences and templates that automatically populate with the information of prospects makes managing a high volume of outreach not only feasible but much easier! Metrics are great too
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a bit unintuitive at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining contact and reaching out to tons of prospects at the same time. The volume would not be possible without Salesloft. Metrics are also great to measure the impact of email messaging and strategize around what messages will land with prospects.
