Salesloft is great
What do you like best about the product?
Upsides of salesloft are the many integrations - linkedin sales nav, owler, salesforce all accomodate for a seamless workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often lags when I'm composing emails. Sometimes the template/cadence structure when copying can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline generation - touching all accounts and helping to automate the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For the money - Outreach is way more expensive. SalesLoft is constantly innovating and gets the job done at a fair price.
Great CRM for prospecting, business development
What do you like best about the product?
The automation of the system. Being able to add people to cadences saves a lot of time and effort. By utilizing email templates, as well as pre-recorded templates, it is easy to make a lot of outreach in a little time period. The integration with Salesforce makes everything transparent, even for folks without salesloft licensing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot to dislike. One minor thing, is that when using Salesforce through a ringcentral phone, there is a 12 second lag between the time you start you call, and when it actually rings to your phone. If they could make this instantaneous that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less people are falling through the cracks, they stay at the top of mind by being front and center with the cadences. So all of the cadences you have not completed, are there ready to go, and it is easy to judge th workflorw

Sometimes my calls drop while on the call

I can send out a lot more emails. I can record my calls. I can compare myself to my colleagues. I can save all my prospects.

the interface is very helpful - allows you to stay organised and keep on top of everything

nothing really - does everything i expected and more

work flow issues and being on top of a large number of accounts - all been made easier using salesloft

Get it! Must have tool for any sales person
The most organized and efficient platform for sales.

The organization of it and the fact that you can send mass emails at once as opposed to doing it one at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can lag and not properly update your tasks if a lead is not interested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved my time management and efficiency problems by being able to reach my leads a lot quicker than just using a hard phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft was very easy to use. I really liked that I could blow through the sequences very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really disliked about salesloft is that it would freeze quite often. Also, sometimes the calls would not log over to salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to be more efficient at work and allowed us to spend more time calling rather than sending personalized emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I liked salesloft better than outreach. I felt that I could move through the sequences faster.

Software like this is a must for sales. Salesloft helps me stay on top of my entire pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing existing pipelines is difficult if someone is at that step, which sometimes I need to do.

Would be nice to have passwords update when network admins force you to change e-mail client PW's
