What do you like best about the product?
I like using Salesloft for creating customized emails for clients with the option to track if the emails have been read. This feature provides a big advantage in reaching out quickly for further connectivity. It allows me to draft emails based on market needs and trends, making them feel personalized rather than like a mass marketing email. When recipients find an email personalized, they are more likely to open it, which gives them the information I intended. Once they open the email, I receive a notification, enabling me to proactively decide on the next step, whether it's sending another email, connecting through LinkedIn, or making a call to discuss possibilities and arrange a demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft needs to work on UI and tools, often these essential tools are hidden deep inside and take a lot of time in understanding them. It should be made simple and quick, like a mobile app. New users need to get their hands on with less hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft for email campaigns, managing emails, and adding reminders. It solves sending thousands of emails with different parameters and tracking them. Customizing emails increases open rates, helping me decide on follow-up actions like calls or demos.

salesloft has been sending emails out at 1, 2, 3, 4am, etc... and there's no easy way to mitigate that. it is also not intuituve and simple tasks are not easy to get done, we're switching

it's helping us send mass emails which saves enormous amounts of time. it works for that, but barely

I use Salesloft mainly for prospecting, and I appreciate its easy integration from Salesforce, which makes my outreach much more seamless. Working off of cadences is a breeze because the real-time sync for viewing contact history is crucial for me. I really like how Salesloft organizes my day and tasks, telling me what needs to get done and helping me spot hot leads to reach out to first. The initial setup was easy.

The dial function can be a bit laggy

All-in-One Communication Powerhouse for GTM Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a fantastic communication tool it provides one platform for out GTM Team to book meeting, make calls, send emails all in one place. Not only that but it integrates into our resource locations to pull in any supporting documents the team may use.
Along with that, the team can use other communication tools such as Outlook and Salesloft automatically reads this and stores the record without the team needing to do anything.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one improvement I would make with Salesloft is hierarchy. Accounts are a flat layer when it would be helpful to have parent accounts with sub accounts for those larger enterprise business's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The standardization of communication across the team, both in where they communicate with prospects but also the messaging. Having the ability to create team cadences and templates means that the messaging should always start from the same source. Not only that but the visibility of conversations the team is having with both prospects and clients is important for all aspects of the business, from how we communicate to what we are hearing from our customers and prospects.
