Gamechanging Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to balance time and efficiency when managing volumes of prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be great to have more drill-down features in the email stats when looking at cadence and templates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
productivity and efficiency of the sales development team; expanded template and email tracking usage for our field sales team
SalesLoft has changed how we sell
What do you like best about the product?
Consistency is key for any transformational change. SalesLoft helps us focus on the best activities and making sure we do them in a consistent manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding new reps can be a little challenging, especially teaching them about cadence best practices. In larger organizations where there are lots of reps that have more established practices, it's not that big of a deal. But for smaller teams, it's overwhelming at times to know where to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating interest + managing leads in the attempt moving more qualified connections through the pipeline faster. Our SalesLoft instance helps create efficiencies to help us GTM in our traditional and new industries.

Think about your processes and WHERE YOU WANT TO GO before you start building cadence strategies.
Instrumental for success at large scale
What do you like best about the product?
Working in a large corporation, this tool enables me to connect with a large amount of people. It enables not only connections but emotional connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of our AM's unfortunately do not have access to SalesLoft. This can prove difficult to collaborate. Working on this now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coverage, forming emotional connections, consistency
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just dive in! We were scared and trust me, we had our issues. However, SalesLoft is incredible with their support services and understanding of your business model. We are continually trying to explore new ways we can utilize this tool for our company (marketing, sales, product development, etc)

Analytics need to be a little more intuitive, hyper link every number to pull a report.

Increasing pipeline. No lead left behind. Increased efficency.

Salesloft is the most useful sales software product out there. It empowers our reps and I cant say enough good things about it.

Consolidate analytics and tracking from what used to be manual processes

LinkedIn integration is a little cumbersome.

Automate manual work, track analytics and success metrics across teams.

Try it out and then fully commit to get best benefits around consolidating all metrics/analytics that normally live in disparate systems.
Straight Forward
What do you like best about the product?
very easy concept to grasp, and use. Helps with scaling and mass personalization. The analytics tracking is really cool as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of Add-ons available, and we do not have full access to all of them. With our subscription, i can only see people who visited our website for 15 minutes prior to their interaction, if i dont have that window open it is useless. Whenever i check my own sent mail it tells me the prospect viewed the email, can you block out my own IP address so that doesnt register?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling, reaching more people per effort. Sales is a game of numbers and this makes that game easier.
UI is Phenomenal very happy

Cadence Technology, outreach via email is functional

Typing and creating the cadence, sometimes creates errors

What do you like best about the product?
The insight and analytics the platform allows me to have on my reps. The platform ensures that we are using best practices by allowing us to A/B test.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync with Salesforce can be clunky at times. Activities aren't accurately logged and reps use that as an excuse which discourages the use of Salesloft moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a repeatable and scaleable process as the on-boarding team is new to the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to create structure and process in the sales organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are still essentials and capabilities on other tools like gmail, outlook, and salesforce to avoid the use of different tools each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, process, templates, and sale activity tracking. It is starting to give us insights on our own trends and outreaches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start building the structure of where you see yourself with this tool. Dedicate time to implement and train as it will be hard to retrain individuals.
