Lets Take It Up a Notch with Salesloft!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everyone at Salesloft is invested in their customers. Every time we've ever need help, support or just general advice, it has been an "all hands on deck" approach which has been really help to our success with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if this is a dislike, but, I'd love for Salesloft to roll out a best practice handbook for cadences as that seems to be the most commonly asked question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency, Productivity and Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Product is intuitive to use, training is top notch. I'm writing this having just gotten back from Rainmaker 2019 and there's a number of exciting things just announced around analytics and meeting intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're just implementing now so nothing has surfaced yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've only recently purchased SalesLoft but can tell they're a culture fit with our company. The educational content they put out is top notch- Rainmaker is a fantastic learning experience.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of the tool is the ability to both personalize and expedite my outbound prospecting approach. It's also a great way to be accountable to my follow up and be consistent. Also, it gives me a great look of how many people that are in my pipeline and stay organized. As a sales rep, it's pivotal to stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor glitches. Say if I have a cadence built out and I want to edit the message it'll have issues when backspacing or change my subject line, which I do quite frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency is improved. I've been a user for the past month and notice how much more I am capable of. Overall, it's a great resource that every sales org. needs to look into for their processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider the product if your not using an outbound accelerator.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadences allow me to track my BDR's and call coach on all calls made out of the platform. Being able to see their progression in the sales cycle and how they are engaging with clients and future customers is helpful on the manager side of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about this product that I would change.

Call coaching, email tracking, having a sales process and seeing analytics on my BDR's engagement.

I wish it had it's own contact database so that we could get more leads faster.

Best tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a great cadence management tool, it helped me as an SDR and still helps me as a CSM! I like how easy it is to sync with my Salesforce and pull all my records in.

I wish there was a functionality that would export failed synced information

Many. We use it for lead gen, pipeline management, and account management

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create emails with different templates to send to the target of customers that we are interested in and at the same time you can track those emails, which facilitates the subsequent analysis of the data. This analysis and data obtained through these reports can be seen in the control panel informing you of aspects such as when it is opened, when it is answered, all this serves to improve future mailings.
All the data obtained is registered within the SalesLoft platform, which saves you having to re-enter certain data afterwards or having to perform repetitive tasks by hand such as inserting emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I could give an erroneous notification when you track emails. If you open that email it detects it as the client has opened it, they are small specific errors but you have to be careful to avoid confusion.
When loading leads, sometimes they do not register well and you have to insert them again.

We have a larger register of emails and we divide them depending on the potential clients and also on the information and campaigns that we want to carry out. This organization has allowed the marketing area to be more functional than before.
Sales also make us easier to perform and analyze. The automation of tasks such as records and insertion of customer data becomes much simpler. These data that we obtain from customers help us to better select the sales channels, products and information that we want to reach them.

Salesloft improves the management and analysis of emails, customers and can increase and improve the sales section. It has tools that automate and also allow improving the processes described above.
