What do you like best about the product?
The real time updates as well as email and call tracking are beneficial. Also Cadence is a huge help keeping me disciplined with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation tools implemented could be a bit more broad as well as copying cadences
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big one is keeping our reps organized on their day to day operations and the metrics help us determine what email tactic works best.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it everyone in sales needs it.

Cadences and tracking are great for ADR productivity in support of Marketing campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
More SFDC/Marketo integrations for Marketing activities that are being called out on in SalesLoft would be extremely helpful

Strategic follow up, A/B testing approaches, subject lines, uniting ADR/BDR teams on outreach techniques

What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to see the real time data around our email templates and cadences. We can A/B test and see where to change what we are doing to better ourselves and our prospecting efforts. We also love the team at Salesloft we work with. It has been an absolute pleasure being a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like the limitations around reports to upload contacts as we use this as both a sales enablement tool and a marketing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our interactions with our prospects real time. We are also able to make sure we are using the best subject lines, and content for our industry.

Tracking to keep tabs on employees. We can run cadences and see what is working best and tweak or messaging around that

Doesn't always copy into SalesForce perfectly

Prospecting. We are able to use best practices in order to improve funnel as well as improve close rate

Having a tool that helps me plan out my day to the max

That I have to click several times to tell if someone has read or opened my email, but I hear that's changing

What do you like best about the product?
Anyone in sales or sales development could use help organizing follow up to our precious prospects. SalesLoft keeps track or everything and most importantly shows you what works and what doesn't. We have seen significant improvements and consistency across our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we didn't find the tool sooner. This helps develop consistency in your go to market plans for your organization.

Proper follow up to precious leads we receive from Marketing along with the outbound cold prospecting.
