Cadence scheduling and self-accountability

Needs Dynamics integration. It also uses a lot of management to get up and running effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More consistent outreach. Ability to more consistently engage with prospects

It is worthwhile and absolutely get it. Don't under-invest in the management of the tool, and invest time and effort into optimizing.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use. Adaptability is incredibly high. Team loves using it and it allows them to understand exactly what is going on with each account, day by day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish their were more automation capabilities. Also wish had greater reporting insights, but it looks like this is being fixed ).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SDR Efficiency. Ensuring that we use our omni-channel outbound approach effectively.

Ease of use. Setting up campaigns and tracking results. Product leader in the segment. Excellent customer service. Always improving

Reporting features could be a bit more robust. Especially the ability to download and provide insights to others outside of the platform. Would be great if you could tag email by topics too, to compare response rares.

Sending out prospecting emails at scale on behalf of customers.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft allows me to efficiently and promptly send emails and calls at the appropriate time. SalesLoft has definitely increased my pipeline and I would recommend it to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while for the platform to send a bunch of emails at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spead to lead is the biggest for me. I can immediately send a somewhat tailored email to a lead when I receive the lead.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and learn. It's easy and straightforward and the team at SalesLoft really goes above and beyond to share stats, learnings, and get you up to speed. The tool itself is awesome but I feel like the team beyond the product really makes it the solution for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is something specific I dislike, but I do sometimes trip up when going to my cadences v team cadences and struggle to see a full dashboard of stats for all cadences - more charts please!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching MORE companies but keeping it personal! Our solution isn't everything for all people, so our outreach is very targeted and our e-mails need to be personal/specific to get the right people engaged.

Templates, organizations, and insights into e-mail opens/stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitches in e-mail opens, although infrequent sometimes it picks up when I open my own e-mail versus a prospect.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about the true end state when you are going to implement. Complex Automation rules, field configurations and other tweaks are something that your ISM/CSM can help with when you onboard. The more you plan out what processes and things you want mapped, the easier it will be in the long run.
Much needed tool!
What do you like best about the product?
LIVE FEED! This function allows me to constantly be able to interact and engage the prospects I am reaching out to. Even if this means they are clicking on or opening an email I sent 4 months ago 5-6 times.. 8/10 for me this will be a booked demo (try it out)!!

The fact that there is no mobile app. However, I did learn that there is one coming soon! SO PUMPED!

Sit through a demo & give it a shot. This is one of, if not the most, important tool in an SDR teams tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
It was the first tool I learned to use (new to SaaS) -- it helped me understand my workflow and get organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX can be slighty confusing, however it gets used to very quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productive, organized, consistent yet custom outreach to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to essentially automate my pipeline. I also love the Sendoso integration!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little difficult to learn in the beginning, but there is a learning curve with all new software. Once you get everything dialed in, it's a breeze!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have accounts that get lost in my pipeline. I always know exactly what stage my accounts are at.
