We just implemented Salesloft on our team, and it has been a pretty big help.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I have the ability to automate steps of my different cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I used the dialer to call a number that belongs to one of the users I have imported from Salesforce, it does not automatically log to that user's account unless I call directly from the user account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has been a big help with setting up cadences and keeping track of my different accounts. Seeing open rates and replies is a huge benefit.

it makes it really easy to build a cadence and edit my existing templates

I would like to be able to customize my calendar subject line and also have multiple meeting times options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are working with retail companies to help with recruiting for hourly positions

What do you like best about the product?
I really love that I can schedule my day in the morning and just go through my prospects without having to worry about what is next on my list, it just comes up. I love the email cadences and how we can build in the social aspect as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there is a missing component with mobile and being able to take calls in my car or at home without logging it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I might be too low on the totem pole to describe what business problems I am solving other than just being more prepared and a more streamlined SDR.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think onboarding is key, but I also think that that is something we at Nearmap need to do.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about SalesLoft is being able to continue to learn and grow with the platform. Over time, I am finding and implementing new ways to help my team become more and more successful. I need organization, and the tasks I'm undertaking and solving with SalesLoft are able to be organized in a logical way - so despite the complexity, there is an ease of use in the ability to organize the system well (from users, to cadences, to tags, priorities, reassigning if needed, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much left to do! I feel like I'm just getting started. I think it's just a matter of time to figure out the features I am not yet utilizing. It's a matter of educating myself in the platform. There has only been a couple instances where I needed support and was looped around many times without an error - on the plus side, there is EXCELLENT response and customer service is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing productivity and follow-through, accountability to metrics. I'm growing a BDR team from almost nothing and the integration of SalesLoft is helping me along the way. I'm able to hold people accountable while monitoring their performance and providing value to my organization by generating increased engagement and opportunity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start slowly and do each step with thought right from the start. You can easily get out of control with disorganization in the platform.

SalesLoft knows how to work with people, how to help companies, and how to execute on their program

That there are not more options with the tool but I know they are coming!

We are trying to move our sales team into the 21st century - we are trying to maintain our high velocity sales culture in a world where our prospects and customers are being innudated by communication every day

Lofting is so much easier than expected. The prospect view is so cool so much data

The ability to have visibility on the home page to see all the information.

The fact that we don't have the Dialer feature up and running yet.

Just being able to have the organization tools in place to have a process even for new onboarded employees.

I love how easy it is to create email templates and share across the company. Creating cadences is also super simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it to be more integrated with SalesForce and cater to ABM. For example, to create a cadence that has the ability to personalize emails while still touching multiple people at once (similar to mass marketing). In ABM terms, to have the scalability feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to connect with prospects on a personal level and creating multi-touch plays that result in warmer leads to sales.
