Great product - great results!
What do you like best about the product?
Our company would not be the same without SalesLoft! It is very intuitive and easy to use. SalesLoft eliminates redundancies and manual processes. I love the ability to be able to automate, yet connect 1:1.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing visibility into what is happening unless we have our own license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full SDR function, connecting with people on a more personalized level (ABM), content distribution
great tool to get scalability and consistency above the funnel.
What do you like best about the product?
For a 90-Rep high velocity sales engine, selling in a broad market environment getting reach above the funnel is foundational. SalesLoft has helped us gain that scalability, and as important, allowed us to manage consistency in our throughput. There are no silver bullets in Sales, but incremental solutions, like Loft, have fueled continued growth and team development for our organization. Great team. Great Tool. Great support after the sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
trying to spotlight performance within the application can be difficult. There is a lot of data, and keying in on the most important aspects of the tool can take time and becoming proficient in analyzing results is a muscle that also takes time to build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
above the funnel scalability. to early to say the lift as we are only 8 months in.

Cadence ability - very easy to set up and see analytics

I do only outbound - Salesloft is making my buys better, more organize
Efficient Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
We can make 2x more calls and emails and automate our sales process. Huge time saver and love their analytics too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Really happy with the platform as a whole. Would like to have a mobile version available but hear thats coming soon.

A great way to personalize outreach at scale
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to personalize email outreach at scale. This allows me to reach more prospects in less time, whilst still maintaining outreach quality of content
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like different tiers of pricing to ensure all members of my org were able to use it even if the core of their role is outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how SalesLoft makes it very simple to manage my campaigns and keep organized without too much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike very little. If I had to name one thing it would be the fact that SalesLoft does not have an app for Android users. At least I don't think they do.

I am solving the problem of managing and organizing my campaigns as well as gathering data.

reporting is super limited. Wish there was better SalesLoft reporting not just APIs

staying organized, being able to share cadences easily with my team, analytics to know what is working and what isn't

the formatting in the email drafts, the automation rules are a little confusing for me to figure out as well

we are more efficient with our follow ups and setting more meetings
Time-saver and Organizational lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft keeps me honest - when I do outreach I always make sure I'm doing it through SL so that I keep myself up to date on when I need to continue outreach. It also gives me a frame of reference for how my peers are doing on their outreach. Are they getting more opens/replies? If so, what are they doing?
What do you dislike about the product?
Format within the email builder is very difficult at time. Specifically, I have issues with bullets and numbering as well as copying any information and setting it to remove any formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to expand my outreach efforts to current and prospective clients. I've been able to see more meetings set up and less time spend to get to there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have to do any number of outreach efforts, this is absolutely the best move. Salesloft has made managing my efforts and goals much more streamlined and easy for day to day use. It also helps me feel out and improve any efforts with hard data.
