Salesloft has been great for my sales outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I'd used another tool in the past and had many issues with the technical support. When switching to sales loft the customer experience really went up quite a bit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really so far! I am about 3 months into using the tool, so still have quite a bit to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting has been great!

my favorite feature of the platform is the ability to seamlessly shift through tasks based on priority and customer engagement.

i wish you could do an abc test compared to an ab test.

Feels kind of like a sales pitch for Salesloft, it is like the bring everything back to salesloft. Very good content is here.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, super simple rollout process for reps, and streamlines the whole sales prospecting process!
What do you dislike about the product?
Had a few delivery issues with emails going to spam, but the reps were right on top of it and really great to help us out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making outbound prospecting easy but also giving visibility into the team's performance and what's working for them. The call recordings/dialler and email cadences are life changing

Make time for implementation and know what the undertaking is before going in

We needed to customize our slaes reach and do that at scale. SalesLoft allows us to successfully do that and keep customer acquisition costs in check.

What do you like best about the product?
Every department is helpful, supportive and attentive. The product is simple to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could be better at automation, that is something I will be working at developing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound prospecting is more efficient. More calls and emails are sent out. The tracking and analytics provide direction for the team. More meetings booked and happier employees overall.

Engagement with the product is very important, it is work when setting up, but worth it!

It is able to run my cadence perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no "pause" button. If I want to take a day off I have to manually move people from one day to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing what emails are working and which ones are not. Also being able to figured out where I am hitting a wall with phone calls.
