Great for automating mass email marketing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule emails to be sent in the future. This way I can write emails at any time and schedule them for a specific time for the next few days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I found it difficult to navigate through the platform since there isn't a training/ lesson plan that tells you how to use the platform. But I am experimenting with it to get better at using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our cold email outreach. The reply rates are not that great buy the open rates have improved after trying different strategies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used other platforms to send out emails, but for cold outreach, SalesLoft is the best out there.

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences after you have set it up. Very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Copying cadences or creating them can be difficult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass messaging potential clients with deals which meets their specific needs. Saves on time consumption
Recommendations to others considering the product:
maybe watch some videos on it first. Test before sending emails
Its good, b etter dialer than outreach, has issues sometimes
What do you like best about the product?
Dialer. The ability to rapid dial in my role (BDR) is extremely important. I also like the dynamic fields, and the auto response from certain dispositions like removing from cadence when selecting "no interest"
What do you dislike about the product?
The dialer sometimes delays the time of the call after I hit the call button. It could be my connection, but I am hard wired to a fiber connection, so I'm not really sure. I also dont like how it disconnects from SFDC so easily. seems like i reconnect every 10 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High output development sales has been solved with Salesloft. I'm able to rip the phonelines and that is a massive plus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Add ability to call and then add extension later, rather than having to constantly delete the extension pre-call.
Innovative
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft simply changed the way i think when it comes to demand generation. It eliminates the overhead when it comes to repetitive tasks that I need to do on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are weird spacings when you are sending an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending emails when I am not at my desk and pre-recording voicemails, so I won't have to repeat the same message throughout the day

Pre- recorded voicemails, is a feature that will revolutionize the industry in my opinion.
Speed and accuracy are super helpful
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft helps me manage different cadences of prospects in an easy to see and use way. Keeps me up to date of who I need to call next, no more manual notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls can sometimes drop after 5 minutes with a prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving speed to target and making sure no prospects fall through the cracks. Customers are busy and it allows us to automate certain touchpoints

Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it keeps me on top of my tasks, and it's amazing at tracking our relationships with different clients and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rocket on the side should let me arrange calls, no matter the cadence, all in one tab for timezone, not only inside the cadence.. It's a pain to keep track of 10 cadences and their timezones all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solved the problem that salesforce is bad, i can't keep track of 50 people a day, having that laid out for me is integral to my organization
Good for what it is
What do you like best about the product?
Great for pushing a high volume of emails, I like the AI suggesting content for a more curated approach
What do you dislike about the product?
Email open tracking is pretty basic, lots of bloat in their API calls. Lack of proactive training has led me to only using SL about 5% of the day max.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Half of our BDR team has been fired due to lack of performance so it remains to be seen if we're getting the return from SL that we expected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wouldn't recommend for selling to the enterprise where a complex sale is involved and requires other approaches to generate meetings

SalesLoft for SDR success
What do you like best about the product?
I love how SalesLoft gives me team analytics to see how my team is pacing and what the most successful times to call are. It also makes it very easy to A/B test features and different email teamplates to see what works and what needs improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note - however it would be nice if Meeting Intelligence was included with the contract and not an additional charge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound workflow, cadence management, mass customization, power dialing, local dialing, SDR efficiency, call coaching

Make sure to take advantage of their training and implementation - it can be overwhelming at first for newer users.

Time management and mail merge strategies for volume.

Do your due diligence. Don't let the quickness of SL make you go into "autopilot" mode.
