Efficiency and strategy made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great solution for team email cadences and resources for BDR campaigns. As a manager, I like to listen to my team's calls and use it as a coaching tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues with our dialer connectivity sometimes but it's usually resolved quickly! My team has taken on more personalization in their emails and now they are able to do that at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we're wanting to solve are streamlining the prospecting process to generate more leads at a high volume and connect with a higher volume of clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a must-have for any lead gen or sales team! The price point is more competitive than other platforms for what you get. As a manager, I love being able to customize my reports and analytics. It's giving us a deeper look into our team's performance and where we can improve.

The analytics are poor and at times not accurate / You can not export your library of cadences

Great platform and looking forward to platform enhancements to reporting / Live call studio is a great tool for coaching what your reps are saying and hearing

What do you like best about the product?
The seamlessness to call someone and also how you can have different cadences

Everything in this product is perfect. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send emails out faster and it helps save time. Allowing me to make more calls and hit my quota faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this product to companies are are looking for something that is easy to use and also to improve the call volume of the company. This product brings a lot to the table such as sending automatic emails, notifying you when a person opens the email and also allowing you to have different cadences.
It's not great for analytics, but I can't live without it.
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft makes keeping up with prospects very easy. I know exactly where I stand when it comes to my workload and who I need to reach out to. It's incredibly versatile and customizable (and becoming more and more customizable) when I have many different cohorts of leads who require varying degrees of attention and messaging. The UI is also great, and it's improved in the last year or so.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics could use some upgrading. I'd like to see greater granularity of available data, all the way down to specific people for specific cadence steps. This would allow me greater control over messaging and timing of emails/phone calls. Also, the calling feature isn't 100% stable, meaning that there are times when the calls seem to not connect. Regardless, the ease of use of the calling feature negates some of my complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a ton of leads, and there's no way we can stay on top of communicating with them with relevant emails and phone calls without some sort of automation. SalesLoft takes care of that for us. We've built our entire workdays and strategy around what SalesLoft's capabilities are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try SalesLoft if you're a small team like us. There are many features that you can use to start with (automated steps, call recordings) and then, when you grow, you might consider something that provides better analytics (maybe Outreach.io). All-in-all, this is a great product, and I really can't do my work without it.

A need for any organization with SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
Platform designed for SDRs to work out of along with added benefits for AEs. A major sales enablement tool that is needed for organizations to help scale their sales team. Salesloft lays out daily tasks in an easy and digestible way. Plus, customer service for Salesloft is top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some little features that I wish were available like Admins being able to reset a user's password. It can be resource intensive so sometimes it can slow down a computer with multiple tabs open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Salesloft to help scale our SDR team and having needed analytics to see how reps are performing. Our AE team also uses Salesloft to help keep up with pipeline and follow-ups. Overall, it has been a needed part of our sales stack to scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your team is looking to set a strong foundation for SDR/AE work then having a tool like Salesloft is needed. Salesloft definitely has had a positive impact in the efficiency of our reps and overall operational efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, I was seeking a lead management platform that was user friendly and could be immediately activated amongst a team.

Some of the reporting functionality is not as detailed as I would like.

250 Calls a day through sales loft, runs like a monster!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the quick calling and versatile dispositions. Helps me and my team keep track of all our calls and notes in one central place. I prefer the lightning version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls can be static on the recipient's end, but it might be our wifi. When scrolling through big lists it tends to slow down. Other than those two problems its amazing!

Tons of dials every day = more prospects!

What do you like best about the product?
Automation, Business Intelligence, workflow and structure. Hands down the best tool that i've ever used for managing outreach efforts and cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe there are any negative things I can say regarding this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe when busy seasons arrive, much can be lost in transition with connecting with customers and following up on leads. SalesLoft is key for managing that because there are no limitations for profiling customers and creating reminders to optimize contact workflow

Cadence driven emailing with a mixture of social media, lead tracking on sales navigator and the ability to track clicks and include video content via Vidayrd integration

Cannot include graphics in the main body of emails

Poor sales conversion figures and a low value pipeline were problems solved with SalesLoft. We've seen an increase in the number of product demos we deliver monthly and consequently, an increase in our sales volume
