Excellent platform for high level outreach.
What do you like best about the product?
The cadence structuring tool is great. You are able to create simple or complex cadences easily, with multiple steps including emails, calls and social touches. Thes can be created over a number of days and weeks. Another plus is the integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This makes it easy to connect with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes notifications can be annoying, especially when the recipient has forwarded the email to colleagues. Also, sometimes emails won't go through certain filters due to the downloadable pixel that creates the 'read' report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High-level outreach has increased dramatically. More meetings are being booked daily from cold calls and emails. Great for B2B sales

Absolutely recommend Salesloft. Use it everyday and you will see an increase in First Customer Meetings.

Easy to use interface, Makes running playbooks and cadences a breeze.

Sometimes the page auto refreshes causing work that hasn't be save to be lost/

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create and use cadences to ensure that you're executing your intended prospecting campaign. It facilitates sales engagement for my team, helping them stay on track while spending minimal time on low-value organizational tasks. From a manager perspective, it gives me easy snapshot views to my teams activity. Syncing data with Salesforce, our system of record, ensures that our team always has the latest relevant information about recent activity with a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capabilities have improved since we first implemented SalesLoft. Still, we sometimes use Salesforce reporting to analyze SalesLoft data because the reporting capabilities are more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SalesLoft for our SDR team. I can't imagine not having it. Along with Salesforce, SalesLoft is the foundation for our outbound sales program. We also started using SalesLoft for customer engagement this past year. We're leveraging cadences, and emails specifically, to send out regular newsletter communications to our customer email database. We've found that the seamless integration with Outlook and the staggered execution of email steps make our delivery rate much higher than it would be using a traditional marketing automation platform. We're able to use it for a more tailored list that will still complete sending within a couple of hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The fast growth of SalesLoft can be attributed to the fact that it's a good product from a company with strong customer commitment. It's become a more important operational tool in our company than Salesforce, to be honest. Our outbound sales team relies on SalesLoft to execute their work, and as a manager, I rely on it to help my team stay productive. I simply cannot imagine running sales operations without it.

I love the features and integrations. Salesloft has email automation and simple interface with great data tracking

There's only one integration missing and I understand they can't have them all but I wish they had bombbomb integrated in

Salesloft helps us be more efficient, with help of automation and lead management
Salesloft - More precise outreach strategies
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft centralizes several sources of key insight for understanding how a company fits within its vertical, what a specific lead might respond to, and how to address them. It makes scalable personalization much easier through this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tasks within Salesloft can take a little longer than I'd like. For example, mass skipping of steps can be cumbersome. To be fair though, that means that reps are inclined to complete all sequence steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More personalized emails meant lower volume with higher quality. Its allowed our open rates to skyrocket.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask yourself if you need to take a volume based approach or a curated, strategic approach. For us, we started with a volume based tool, but this did not scale to our needs as our business has matured. Salesloft has offered that solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see when emails are being looked at as it confirms the email as genuine, also I like the call recording function as it means i can check back if i miss anything

When a cadence completes the people in it drop out and can be lost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting hold of clients is easier as you can track their activity through salesloft live feed
Great for when you don't need marketing automation yet
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up cadences (sequence your emails, social outreach), templates, adding people to cadences etc. It is all very user friendly. Support / Customer Success team was wonderful - very patient when we were doing our integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some pretty straightforward data sync ideas require a more in depth setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great upgrade from the mail merges we were using. Allows you to become more coordinated with team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We weren't ready for a complete marketing automation system at the time of implementation, and this really helped us move from using the mail merge feature of other tools.

I like how it prompts you - helps with organization & staying focused.

I don't like how it automatically skips to the next person in the cadence.

Great sales process automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of email & call step automation that SalesLoft enables. I find the most value in this. Email reading data is also useful as you can tell who is engaged before you call & who isn't. I think more obvious use of sales analytics would be helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
I find editing emails on SalesLoft that are part of the automation process un-intuitive and challenging. I've had several times where I had to scramble around trying to figure out how to edit an email before its sent as where I intuitively imagine the function should go doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could never automate a sales process or mass-blast prospects in an orderly way, but SalesLoft has given me the ability to do that. I find the use of different built cadences very helpful as well as the use of different templates, as these nuggets of gold can easily get lost within a sales process.
