What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to streamline my day to day role. Having the ability to automate task is a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the interface is slow and call quality through the platform can be poor at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to send emails when your prospects when they first get up, no matter where in the world they are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
-If you are not automating cadences you need to!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboard and being able to automate a number of daily tasks. Creating cadences is very easy and following your daily tasks is even better. And the support team is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like, everything about using SalesLoft and working with the support team has been wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ADM team has become more productive using SalesLoft, activity has sky rocketed and everyone is much happier with their job as this tool makes the job easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very affordable and a great value for what we pay.

I like the fact that I can tag different events within the same cadence for reporting purposes

Ease of upload of lists, sync to salesforce, building out cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was functionality to automatically push contacts from different SFDC campaigns into cadences. If there is, I'm not sure how to do it

Great for automating mass email marketing campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule emails to be sent in the future. This way I can write emails at any time and schedule them for a specific time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I found it difficult to navigate through the platform since there isn't a training/ lesson plan that tells you how to use the platform. But I am experimenting with it to get better at using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for cold email outreach. The reply rates are not that great buy the open rates have improved after trying different strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy most about Salesloft is being able to automate my efforts. It also allows me to organize my outreach in a way that is most beneficial to my goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say that I dislike about Salesloft is that it if someone schedules a meeting it does not remove them from a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organized follow ups, increases my outreach bandwidth with automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create different Cadences for our various groups of clients. It's so helpful to have the templates at hand and just modify them slightly as needed for each different group of recipients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't filter the People view to show multiple tags at the same time. For example if I wanted to view all of the folks with 2 separate tags, I can't do that. I have look at each tag separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadences are helping me to reach multiple clients with the same messaging, but also allowing for individual edits for people where needed. This is so helpful for sending area specific links, or details.
It's also helpful to see our open rates and engagement with links! That can be invaluable for following up with more interested clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding cadences and integration with other CRM tools like Salesforce. The dialer feature also comes in real handy coupled with the intelligence provided the software. The support is super responsive and takes care of each individual query in a great manner. Really loved the personalized touch that I received !
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to have more flexible options when it comes to designing mails, landing pages and making mails more attractive. Also did not come across a mobile app, which would have been great for mobility. Sometimes faced an issue with the wi-fi calling feature as one cannot know if the audio is being transmitted at the other end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A more effective brand outreach is achieved with Salesloft. Staying updated with the prospect activities and having multiple out reach options at your disposal , one can at the top of the game with instantaneous tracking and analytics available. The software also helps in validating the email addresses of a prospect. The scheduling feature helps reach out to people in a more effective manner by sending mails at their local time zones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great sales engagement tool. Helps you create drip campaigns, call prospects while tracking their activities. The ease with which you can use and learn this software from scratch is simply amazing. The integration feature also helps save a lot of time and effort. Though there are limited options when it comes to designing mails or landing pages.
