The power in accountability and organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesloft holds me accountable for reaching out to prospects. It keeps me on track and organized when it comes to prospecting. I love how I can create my own cadences and use my team cadences that supports my day to day workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that after i've had a connected call and chose the criteria- demo scheduled, it doesn't remove the person from my cadence. I also don't like that the dial box automatically pops up (since I don't have that ability). I also wish the telephone number font was bigger in the quick actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping prospects engaged and more follow up for our inbound leads. I've realized that I contact my prospects more and follow through with my cadences.
Excellent Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to complete monotonous tasks that used to take hours of time in a simple click.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I am struggling to come up with any gripes at the moment. If I hunt for something - maybe the integration with Salesforce where a new contact doesn't load the company account to Salesforce at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass prospecting with a personal touch. Out entire sales team gets hours back on a daily basis to focus themselves where they are best (on the phone) instead of completing administrative tasks that SalesLoft automates!

The ease of use and integrations with things like sales nav.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes can be cumbersome to update accounts

Transparency in the sales organization regarding outbound efforts, calls etc.
Solid Functionality with some improvement necessary
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to build cadences. I really like this feature because it helps organize my outreach and it's very simple to use. I also like the reporting within the platform as I use it to keep track of my activity level and determining the success of my email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The VoIP could be much better. I have had prospects complain to me numerous times about not being able to hear me. The email tracking and salesforce integration could also be stronger as I have had to manual change lead statuses when the integration was supposed to automatically update leads that have completed the cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has allowed my team to reach out to many prospects in an easy and efficient manner. Without Salesloft, I would have to manually dial and keep track of email campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would look to improve upon the call quality as many of your customers are most likely using Salesloft as an autodialer. Bad call quality gives the prospect a bad impression of your client's businesses.
Simple and easy automation
What do you like best about the product?
Working in a development role, SalesLoft makes it very easy to create and run a variety of outbound email campaigns with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some instances, uploading CSV contact lists into cadences can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectively reaching more customers with personalized emails. This has allowed me to narrow down my target audience, connect with them, and see how they are interacting with the content.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get through your cadences. Easy to track progress of team and call coach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could bubble higher converting leads to the top of my cadences

Speed to Lead and aligning workflows

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track analytics around different emails to be able to quickly understand what messaging works and what doesn't is huge. Also I love having all of my tasks for the day (ie. Calls/Emails) in one place. SL has made my organization a breeze and my efficiency through the roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't prevent emails from going out on holidays you have to manually do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lack accountability to calls, lack of speed and efficiency, teams not hitting quotas. Large increase in meetings set by SDR team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is connected with salesforce. I love that it records everything and it helps my manager role.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that the reporting module is very limited, I wish it could have more ad-hoc reporting, that I could save graphs, reports that I wish to have . Just like any other BI tool like Qlickview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with reaching out customers, following up marketing campaigns. The biggest benefit is that it allows me as a manager to coordinate activities and check that my BDRs are making enough phone calls/emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should also use it with a CRM compatible like SalesForce.

What do you like best about the product?
The email tracking feature is probably my favorite. Seeing when and where people are opening my emails, what they've clicked on...good stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Removing people from cadences. I sent out a mass email cadence and in some cases, when the prospect responded, it didn't automatically remove them. I had to manually do it and it was kind of a pain to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send and track mass emails and their response rates. It's resulted it much more pipeline for me.

Helpful for planning
What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesloft to track emails that I send to gauge interest levels and to schedule bulk emails that need to be sent out. I can complete both tasks in a short period of time allowing me to get on with my day and perform other tasks. The bulk email send in the persons timezone is very helpful for managing a group of emails that need to get sent across a large geography
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really have any dislikes as the application keeps updating and adding new features into their program. Their integration with other apps crashes every once and a while but they seem to get it up and running in little time. Salesloft needs to work on its email tracking when it comes to firewalls. Firewalls will go through every link to make sure there are no suspicious links going through to their company and Salesloft will register this as multiple clicks on your links. This gives a false sense of engagement and clogs the notification page with unnecessary infromation. The views give a more complete view of engagement with an email sent to a prospect or client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving scheduling problems, interest levels, prioritization and have seen a better result in all three.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft has its best application with Sales teams as they need to manage emails going out to client and email engagement. I believe that Marketing teams will find better application in Marketo Hubspot and others in the space.
