Great product. Definitely fulfills a need

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Nice integration with SalesForce. Integrated tools are often hard to move from one environment to the other, but whether I'm doing things in SF or SalesLoft the experience is reasonably consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only found minor UI nits so far. A few other small things but nothing that rises to the level of review-worthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email cadences and tracking. Call tracking
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's much there. Make sure to have a champion on staff that can help people get the most out of the product. We're very lucky to have a solid one.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesloft pulls together many relevant tools, like LN Sales Nav, owler, salesforce, all into one platform. Also love the reminder functions. Saves a lot of clicks and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we could directly reply to emails on Salesloft, and if it could pull suggestions from google when typing out emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to stay on top of daily tasks, and learn from recorded conversations. Have been able to save much more time from last sales tool we were using, and it has a much nicer UI too!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send out mass emails, looking at coworkers templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't add a step to a cadence and continue to use the same people that previously were in the cadence.
Only 1k emails a day.
Templates get super messed up.
Delays in sending.
Takes a long time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out mass event invitations

SalesLoft improves productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Big fan of the email features - ex: send out multiple emails at once, send out emails at a specific time, etc. I like the fact that it keeps track of activity and everything is linked to salesforce so there's no need to log activity on both ends. Everything is pretty organized, self explanatory and easy to navigate through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues in the past sending out emails where if the recipient doesn't open the email or reports it as junk, the following emails sent through salesloft come back as undeliverable. However if I send the same email through my outlook, it will be delivered. I've asked our IT guys about it, they believe it's a salesloft glitch.

This is an issue for me because as a business development rep, my activity is closely tracked and because salesloft only tracks the emails that were delivered, it's not always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to know as much as I can about the company that I'm calling so the competitors and different insight features are great. It saves me time and seems more accurate than other websites like BBB, owler and Bloomberg.


Love the fact that I'm notified when someone views or clicks my email. It's a good way to catch a prospect when they're at their desk or in front of their computer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I personally find it very useful and as I mentioned earlier I believe it has improved and increased my productivity. I've had more luck getting a hold of prospects because of it.


Not sure how much it costs so can't comment on that.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy way to stay organized and follow up with people at the appropriate time/date.

I love the calling capabilities and easy integration with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you're out for a few days, the dashboard can become overwhelming and it's hard to catch back up.

Also within a cadence, it's frustrating that you can't move steps around while people are on that step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us stay organized when reaching out to prospective customers.

What do you like best about the product?
- rapid on-boarding
- easy to use
- great insight into the effectiveness of our emails, phone calls and overall cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
- I'm still trying to determine how to "loft" over a bulk list of contacts from Salesforce.com
- I like the concept of the integration with Vidyard, however, it's not that easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I purchased Salesloft to help us manage Marketing Qualified Leads before handing them off to the account executives. My SDR team uses Salesloft in conjunction with Salesforce.com. Salesloft has been instrumental in helping us to generated qualified meetings for the sales team.

Great software and even better customer service

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my team enjoys using it and the interface is very user friendly. Sometimes getting people to use new software is very difficult, with Salesloft we haven't had any issues and the team sees the results immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see the scheduled cadence actions a day in advance. That would help people plan their day better. Can do a makeshift version of this via SFDC reporting as a workaround though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesloft we're not only able to build more pipeline, faster, but we're also able to close more deals by keeping the sales cycle tighter. Furthermore, I've noticed added benefits of reps ramping faster and being able to narrow down my coaching to reps, which is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Other companies will try to sell you on features you don't necessarily need - make sure every feature thrown at you is actually important to the results you want to see.

Best email automation tool available at reasonable cost

What do you like best about the product?
I like SalesLoft's features of scheduling an email at a futuristic time. It also notifies who opened the email, when and how many times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I schedule a time for the email to be sent, it asks me to go through each and every email before they are sent

What do you like best about the product?
Live Call Studio, Cadences, high-level analytics, dialer, customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to track analytics on personal cadences/templates, incomplete initial implementation (however CS and our rep have been very responsive in optimizing)

Higher activity across the team, call coaching, data on effective emails

What do you like best about the product?
Cadences can be automated to reach out to customers with just a few clicks to setup. It keeps our reps organized. We have multiple offices so tracking the activity on each account is critical to ensuring we don't bombard prospects and overlap. Call recordings help the management team give effective feedback to improve each team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with SalesForce is not automated. Sometimes contact information will not import properly or may not tie in from SalesForce at all and a manual import of that data is required. It would be great if this could be automated to add all contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire sales team uses SalesLoft. It keeps us organized and with so many on-going outreaches by multiple people, across different regions, it tracks all of the communications to know who did what last.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for tracking outbound/inbound leads and calls. Also very helpful during the sales process. Call volume reports for reps, average talk time, and other stats like the ones for cadences are extremely helpful with performance reviews. Prior to sales, I was in onboarding and implementations where SalesLoft isn't currently used. From an implementation standpoint, this isn't the best program.
