What do you like best about the product?
Outbound call tracking,cadences, email tracking, being able to categorize my leads and managing my leads properly. sales coaching helps me to know what my clear next step is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don,t dislike anything it helps me to be super sufficient in managing my accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can pinpoint key companies and know exactly when its time to reach out again. track all correspondence with my accounts.

I believe Salesloft
helpful but time consuming to start

Keeping track of touch points and mass communication

Importing contacts from Salesloft is very time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping consistent touch patterns and A/B testing. I really like knowing when emails have been viewed or clicked on
Efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time and energy calling by cadences saves me. It has really streamlined my work day. I am now able to work through so many more accounts. Thanks for helping me to be more efficient. The connection back and forth with Salesforce has worked great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actions forecast is a convenient way to check out the week ahead with a quick glance. I wish there was a way to click into the specific calls right from that page. Also, is there a quick way to mark multiple reminders completed at once? Or a quick way to complete multiple cadences at once? If so, make it easier to find. If not, please add those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has allowed me to work more efficient, allowing me to handle more accounts. The cadence move from call to email really helps me thoroughly reach out to all my accounts, but in the most efficient way possible. Thank you!
Great way to manage email communications
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to see when someone opens an email or forwards it
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out yet how to use a template with Salesloft...may just be a training issue

Enables me to follow a cadence of communication more easily

I'm still learning but it seems relatively easy to use and learn so far

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is very easy to navigate, and makes my days at work much simpler. I can save my different cadences and easily switch between the different ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, who views my email isn't always accurate. It says someone viewed my emails when I click open the emails. I would think that feature would be more useful if it was completely accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allos me to reach more people in a shorter period of time, which allows me to be more successful at my job. It is very easy to upload new people, and helps me keep track of my contacts in the most efficient and navigable way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely would recommend for people to use Salesloft, if an individual is reaching out to hundreds of people in a sales role at once.
Good Design and Features, Buggy and Unreliable
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to drive scale of outreach in a very efficient and measurable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buggy - the gmail plugin only works about 50% of the time e.g. half the time the salesloft pane on the right side doesn't populate with the contacts info so I have to refresh the page and/or close and reopen the salesloft window. The search functionality in the salesloft interface is buggy and unreliable. Lacks some basic features like being able to search people by state or city.

Allows me to prioritize and focus my outreach in a highly personalized and efficient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Email functionality. Integration within Salesforce. Ability to create and track cadences. Sleek interface and intuitive ease of use. Ability to listen in on calls using the dialer. Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dialer, while great in theory is sorely lacking. Not scalable for a growing organization. Too many issues and difficult to use as our main telephony system. Would love a desktop application and especially a mobile application. When clients are calling, it's forwarded to our device without knowing who is calling. Also, it doesn't register on the dialer that there is a missed call so it's difficult to differentiate a personal/work call. Also, 0 texting functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking, Call tracking, and Sales Engagement. Ability to reach many of our customers with great content at scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't use Salesloft as your main dialer. Not even sure why they have it as an option. Ask them to build a desktop application.
Great tool for high volume outreach!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to customize each email so easily, while also keeping the structure that's so great within a cadence. I also like the new feature where you can choose each step of a cadence when you put contacts into them. It makes it much easier to customize outreach as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there seems to be many bugs with the platform. It's also difficult to put contacts in variants past the first step of any cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is able to get out a high volume of emails to our prospects without it looking like spam. It's great to be able to customize as we go!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend SalesLoft! It's a great for reaching a high volume of customized outreach, and it has been easy to roll out to our large team.
Very Robust Outbound Sales Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses cadences regularly due to the large number of leads we have. Our product is always updating so it's amazing to be able to blast out a specific update to a specific group of prospects that need it. This results in quick wins very easily and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to it's complexity it's somewhat difficult to navigate. There's also no way to determine if a prospect has engaged with an email directly in gmail. You need to navigate through the salesloft portal to find out. Taking up precious time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Broad outreach to many prospects who are unfamiliar with the latest update in our technology stack

Dive in and learn as much of the nuances as possible from the beginning. Don't wait or you'll struggle to figure out where the product can fit in your daily activity.
Sales Loft makes my job 1000x easier
What do you like best about the product?
I am a huge fan of the email cadences, sales jobs I did in the past relied on cold calling and sending one off emails but now people need a few emails to take action, SL gives me the ability to come in each day and spend time customizing or interacting with clients. It's a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some of the notifications don't work all the time or don't track accurately. When you forward an email it continues to track read notifications too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales people reply to the 4th 5th 6th emails that in the past I was never able to send as the contact was forgotten after a few emails.
