What do you like best about the product?
Post purchase of the software they assign a Consultant to your account - we received Risheet. Not only was he polite, professional, and a pro at navigating SalesLoft. But his communication skills, empathy and patience are top tier. Sales Loft is VERY lucky to have him.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - but if you are in a transactional sales business, make sure this totally fits your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound calling and outbound email marketing + finding something that fits Sales Force perfectly

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the ability to manage and track my prospects, and having all of this activity logged into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dialer does not work. If you need to dial an extension or go through a dial-by-name directory, this can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft saves me tons of time and allows me to set meetings much more quickly and efficiently. I could never go back to the old way of prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This solution can be a large investment, so make sure your sales team is bought in to this product and new ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to organize your day with Salesloft. If you are an SDR or AE, it is necessary! You are able to easily coordinate outreach to prospects with their cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that is frustrating with Salesloft is the dialer. I think that they use Twilio for VoIP and when attempting to dial extensions and/or dial by name directories, it almost never works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesloft, out sales organization is able to easily organize sales outreach across the entire team. I have realized that without Salesloft, it would be impossible for us to have a uniform way of outreach to prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the call-through feature to make calls via your cell phone. These calls will still be recorded through the platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track processes within the sales org and scale the right tactics

My SalesLoft plug-in does not seem to auto-update, probably my fault with one of the settings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a growing company, so all the data we can gather is crucial. We learn which outlines to follow, how to properly qualify, and can track next step success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're already using SalesLoft for email automation, it's a no-brainer.

Nothing I dislike. Always excited to see what they build next!

- Inconsistent sales calls
- Documentation living in too many different locations prior to working with them
- Inconsistent rep note taking

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reminders to continually reach out to prospects and I am able to contact so many more people with the pre-written emails, snippets, and calls. Being able to see if a potential client has opened an email is also very helpful to evaluate what emails are working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that if a prospect is in a cadence and I complete an action not going through the direct cadence, that action is not counted as a step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to potential prospects in a timely and consistent manner to generate more leads. Having an automated process makes the follow up so quick and quick, our team is able to reach out to (a lot) more people as opposed to doing the process manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate!! Salesloft makes the sales prospecting process seamless and easy!

What do you like best about the product?
How I can upload a contact list and bang out calls for my power hours, and know that they will be put into my cadence so I am properly touching all of my contacts/ leads quickly and en0ought touches to qualify or disqualify in a matter of 5-7 days pending the cadence
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my email integration with Gmail is clunky and I've sent some internal emails and they have been caught in our spam filter, which worries that some of my other emails to clients may be experiencing the same result and I wouldn't know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure no lead is slipping through the cracks and I am staying in front of any potential business and building my pipeline to help crush my Quota. Very valuable and helps me manage my day accordingly by producing a high volume of calls when needed, and strategic messaging to the right contacts in my funnel
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Solid tool and very easy to use with little to no training for someone who is experienced with Sales enablement platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
About Risheet or Salesloft? :)

Seriously, why I am writing this review is to let it be known how thankful and appreciative of the support I've received from the Salesloft team, specifically Risheet Jaggarow. He has been MORE than helpful getting me and my team up and onboarded efficiently and effectively. He even helped to make sure my integrations were working correctly. When something wasn't syncing correctly and/or my reporting metrics seemed off, he jumped right in and literally held my hand through that process to get it right. He went above and beyond what's expected of him and as a result helped to give me nothing but a truly seamless, special customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
That call recordings can't be turned off in the middle of a call if a prospect doesn't give you permission to record it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is an amazing tool for helping me and my team (1) identify what emails and cadences are performing and/or not performing (2) customize at scale (3) maintain a clean and manageable workflow (4) experiment on outreach (5) provide prospects and customers with a great first impression of our product and company

Helpful software for new salespeople getting acquainted with talktracks

What do you like best about the product?
Costello is a very easy-to-use software that can help salespeople with getting used to a new call script. It presents the user with a "choose your own journey" kind of format where different personas will have different call scripts. The scripts also help to get a call back on track with phrasing given by sales leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to integrate Costello fully into my sales process because I find it more useful to log my notes in the call notes on SalesLoft. When I want to see the notes logged on Costello, I have to go and find them in Costello as they are not integrated into Salesforce or SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any time I get stuck on a call or do not know how to get a painpoint out of a prospect, I'll glance over to Costello as there are a handful of great questions there that were written by sales leadership to spark a discussion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is very helpful to newer salespeople as it helps them understand what kind of sales process and what kind of conversations leadership wants their teams to have.
