The bridge between Linkedin prospecting and Salesforce pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Custom mapping to Salesforce. Ease of pushing leads from Linkedin to Salesloft, and from Salesloft to SFDC. Admin section is clean. Very comfortable all-around UI. Not very buggy. Easy to learn. Responsive and friendly account manager and support. Only charged for confirmed emails. When unable to source a confirmed email, typically sources email guesses that are easily copied and cross-referenced elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggles at it's main task, generating confirmed email addresses and phone numbers. We typically need to source our own information, and to cross-reference with multiple other DBs. This process is time consuming and affects accuracy. The all-around prospecting process is not as quick as we had hoped for when purchasing. Support is located only in California so there is a significant time lag for our European office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SDR prospecting using Linkedin
Significant time saved on creating SFDC New Leads from scratch
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hang on to other DBs for sourcing emails and phone numbers, you'll need them all--e.g. Zoominfo, Data.com, Sellhack, Rapportive, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it keeps reps accountable for their activities, and makes sure that prospects are not being forgotten about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the reporting provided and wish that there was a more seamless way to track inside of Salesloft. Also, I am not super pleased with how it groups people in with gmail addresses to the wrong companies simply because of the gmail domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making sure that leads that come in via our inbound channel are being reached out to the appropriate amount of times. There is a huge benefit to "striking while the iron is hot."
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need help with creating a process on how to reach potential clients, this is a great tool to help with that. I do recommend a CRM, such as Salesforce to integrate with it.

Easy integration into Salesforce.com -- and since it interacts with LinkedIn you are confident of solid results
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall is that LinkedIn limits the number of searches you can do a day - has nothing to do with Salesloft - but would be nice if they would increase those levels

Finding the right contacts, and building a robust list for marketing

SalesLoft is Essential to Generating More Sales Opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft greatly increased the number of leads that our BDR team turns into sales opportunities leading to more commissions for them and more revenue for the company. The Salesloft team is smart and always eager to help a customer be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are good and we use them in our weekly one-on-one meetings but I wish that the items displayed could be customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping SDRs on track with following up on leads and sending the proper message to the prospect based on lead action. Reps that diligently use SalesLoft convert more leads than those that do not. Also enjoy the A/B testing and in cadence analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend implementing SalesLoft.

Our entire outbound workflow is SalesLoft

What do you like best about the product?
Automates the manual tasks required for successful outbound sales tactics. I love their workflow. It's simple, easy and save hours while maximizing our team's utility.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few legacy work flows that I got really used to. As SalesLoft continues to improve the product, it's on me to stay a breast of all the additions -- for example the Crystal integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lifeblood of revenue is efficient selling behaviors. SalesLoft improves this. SalesLoft is the entire work flow for our sales team. Everything is seamlessly integrated with Salesforce.com which is absolutely huge for reporting and following up post demo. SalesLoft has helped us increase demos scheduled by 400%.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I not only buy their software but I buy their philosophy of how to have sincere outreach at scale. They are truly thought leaders.
