Everything is smooth and clear and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Fast and it's easy to navigate through tabs. The UX is easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe add a section of all people that are added to a Cadence but emails are not send or scheduled yet. Combine all cadences in one place and user will choose which people to send based on Date/Time

What do you like best about the product?
You have many people to call and your outreach improves.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails are ineffective. Very few people respond to emails. I'd like more emails that are opened
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with outreach. With the product I see I need to have 12-15 outreach to make contact so repetitive touches is needed. It also helps with multiple touchpoints LinkedIN, Calling and emails.

Cadences are what is best for me. Easy to stay in front of customer.

Updates and instructions on how to do certain things, difficult to get direct help.

The ability to stay in front of my customers which is key in my industry.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can export leads from Salesforce to Salesloft. I also like that I can easily execute and track cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an annoying bug that happens every day when exporting multiple leads from Salesforce to Salesloft. Page after page after page after page will continue to generate, bogging down my computer and crashing my Microsoft Edge. FINALLY, I realized to combat this bug is to immediately close the Salesforce page after pressing 'Import to Salesloft'. I shouldn't have to do that though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft solves the problem of having cadences executed with the minimum amount of touches. It also provides notes on previous outreach and the organization of templates and snippets.

What do you like best about the product?
Features like cadence customization, reports and tracking are the best features that I personally like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as such to dislike about the platform.

Salesloft solves most of the problems that we had in the past like tracking emails, calls and making reports to track the analysis of each.

What do you like best about the product?
The reports generated with the software are really helpful and it helps in following up with the active leads in most of the most effective ways customizing it as per the nature of the leads.
One of the easiest and time-saving techniques for handling your clients.
You can easily add multiple steps in your pre-defined cadences and customize them according to the nature of the sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overdue sometimes gets accumulated and needs to be dealt with at war footing but this is something for our good.
Also, sometimes there is an issue while connecting the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SalesLoft id allows me to follow up with the active leads and lets us know the open rate and click rate of the emails as well.
This segregates our data and helps in reaching out the active clients in an aggressive manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm seeing the other side of the Sales Engagement space. As a previous Outreach user, I'm very familiar with the functionality of these platforms and it's been itneresting doing a side by side comparison
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as intuitive as Outreach. It's hard to put a finger on it as to why but the platform does not run as smoothly as I recall Outreach running
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the manual and disorganized aspect of tracking sales engagement activity and helps provide insights into the effectiveness of sales activity
