Salesloft Makes My Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the automation Salesloft brings to my work day. My favorite tool is the mobile app and the ability to use my phones innate features while syncing with our Salesforce instance for my future reference. I was able to switch from our old tool so quickly and integrated to using some of the basic features within a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is robust and to be honest, I haven't had the mental bandwidth to learn how to use all of it. I'm certainly not using cadences or the new rhythm tool to the fullest extent I could be and I'd like to change that. I use it every day and I know those features could make my life easier but I don't have a good quick way to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has made calling my clients so easy for me by allowing my to use my personal device to call from my work number and allowing me to take notes right on my device. The automated email tracking has taken steps out of my process and sped up my overall outreach time.

System issues (break downs), that could affect very daily activity due to the high dependence that Salesloft generates

Salesloft allows us to be more productive, organized and to follow up with the customer.
Sales Cadence Auto-Pilot
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft helps keep me on track with who I need to reach out to and when, so I don't miss a beat. I love how it integrates with all of my sales enablement tools making it easy to import contacts, track activity in my CRM, and efficiently replicate my outreach on a mass scale with custom cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reporting is off and does not track all of my calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft takes the manual work out of tracking every touch point to a prospect. It also eliminates manual tasks such as typing an email, entering a phone number, toggling between two different tools and remembering when to follow up with prospects.
Great for email collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
creating one cadence, which you can personalise and tailor to who you're looking to contact. Easy integration to CRM and email
What do you dislike about the product?
it should give you a little more time to cancel send emails - just in case you mess up with your personalisation

time is the main problem solver- whilst also keeping your contacts in one place

Keeps me on track daily, absolutely love it!

Have turn go into chrome extension and have to disable and re-enable it

The software is intuitive, clean, and easy to use. Features are useful.

Logging text messages is too time intensive

The main problem it is solving for me is creating a platform to track potential client engagement historically through a sales cycle.

It is easy to use this tool. Helpful for dialing numbers and sending emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The newer design is not as good as the older one. I never use Rhythm, that does not help me.

It is easy to log calls, emails and connects everything to SalesForce.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has been a great tool for creating cadences and reachouts to multiple prospects.The calling quality is phenomenal and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the salesloft extension disappears and you have to login again.

email tracking and phone call tracking
Everything is smooth and clear and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and it's easy to navigate through tabs. The UX is easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe add a section of all people that are added to a Cadence but emails are not send or scheduled yet. Combine all cadences in one place and user will choose which people to send based on Date/Time

You have many people to call and your outreach improves.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails are ineffective. Very few people respond to emails. I'd like more emails that are opened
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with outreach. With the product I see I need to have 12-15 outreach to make contact so repetitive touches is needed. It also helps with multiple touchpoints LinkedIN, Calling and emails.
