Excellent software for sales! Great product!
What do you like best about the product?
It's cadances and the way we can customise and create our own cadence. Reports to get the maximum insights from the work done by team. Overall we love salesloft! :)

Salesloft is helping our team to get major insights and gather insights about our emails and calls. Cadences we make in salesloft are really helpful and gets us maximum engagement.
Great Product, Needs a bit more integrations and ability to customize!
What do you like best about the product?
All in one Sales Management and sales enablement toll with analytics and reports. Great for any size team especially small and medium teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs some more features on integrations and the capability to become a complete sales platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A great tool to manage day-to-day sales action. Perfect visibility on actions on a team management respective.
Enangemnt was a huge problem that the platform solved, also the analytics and reports are comprehensive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having one place for all my lead and prospecting activity. From cadence creation to automating steps and having a call log. I especially like the analytics. This is huge and helps guide future prospecting which is key in developing an ICP.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions to update cadence steps after you've become the owner in SFDC. We need a way to override.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a tremendous amount of time in terms of organization and having established processes that are agile and scalable across the SDR organization.

The platform's intuitive design made onboarding a breeze, allowing our team to quickly adapt and make the most of its robust capabilities. The ability to personalize outreach at scale was a game-changer, significantly improving our engagement rates. The sequencing feature streamlined our communication process, ensuring that no leads fell through the cracks.

How i can message my contacts on mass instead of having to go through each person

I wish that i was able to move people to a next cadence automatically or be able to set an automation to text people after a phone call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is helping us keep track of the people we are reaching out to on a daily basis so other reps don't accidentally add them into their outreach. It is also helping us automate tasks that usually take hours

It helps me stay organzied. I wish the feature to make cadences, couldn't be turned off..

Hate the update, Cadences before rhythm please!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation and integration features of Salesloft. I am a big fan of template and cadence features, and the ability to personalize my outreach efforts. Cadences help me to plan, implement, and report a set of audiences easily and also save a lot of my time. In addition to that I can share the best worked cadence with my team as well. Salesloft allows me to create highly targeted and customized emails, enhancing the chances of engagement with my target accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to add more custom fields in the drafting space, for example, phone number.

Very easy to use, simple.
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to get into Salesloft, make cadences, and figure out how to prioritize as well as connect all of my systems within two days on my own. I technically worked out all the kinks before my first meeting with my supervisor, and the built in tools got me there very quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish was better about Salesloft, is that the UI were customizable. There are some items such as notes, LinkedIn, and others that I was able to customize when I was using Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to reach out to mass market and mid-market segments without dedicating the larger amounts of time that it would normally take to do so.

Not easy to learn at first, UI is a bit complicated.
