Eh it's alright
What do you like best about the product?
Easy outreach to customers but really used for just cold otureach
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync to Salesforce isn't great like outreach

it's a basic way for me to email and call prospects

All my work is ready and neat, for the next day. Automation at it's best.

Keeping track of opens and missed calls along with automations on sale cycles.
From a BDR's perspective using the tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is probably to date, the best outreach tool that i've used.
Has so many filtering capabilities based on what you are looking for from the people you have reached out to.
If you are an organized seller, you can really take advantage of the workflows that it provides in terms of contact filtration and making good lists from the data you have in the tool.
It has a decent learning curve for the advanced workflows but is an absolute game changer once you know how to use it to your advantage.
Has so many filtering capabilities based on what you are looking for from the people you have reached out to.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I wish it had a little more fine grained filtering options for certain tabs that it currently does not have.
- Frequently, caller ID appears as "Scam Likely" on prospects phones. From what i've heard, Phoneburner doesn't have this issue.
- Texting is not seamless and is very manual when reaching out to prospects.
- Dropping voicemails has a delay and some of the messaging in the dropped voicemail gets lost.
- Would be great if there was a way to automatically drop the voicemail for you not having to toggle in after every dial ending. Would make the workflow much superior to how it is currently.

What do you like best about the product?
Recording VMs is so great and getting to set a cadence is another wonderful feature
What do you dislike about the product?
When dates on cadences get thrown off course, it's not super user friendly to adjust as much as it could be

Salesloft helps me maintain a more efficient level of organization than if it weren't available and speeds up talk time when leaving a VM

Convenience, reliability, bug proof, integrations

Bottle on ability to make and edit cadences which can hinder efficiency greatly

Salesloft - A game changer for managing outbound sales cycles
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft streamlines majority of my sales deals in an a unified, user friendly dashboard. I can easily track calls, emails, metrics, and follow ups all in one place! This has made my sales strategy massively efficient, leading to more deals won.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides thus far other than the ability to edit / cancel cadence groups.

Salesloft has solved my disjointed follow up method. I can now easily set reminders and be up to date with all my clients!

It is really really easy to use! I can build sequences, call, text, email... Literally everything that I need to do

sometimes it takes a sec to load the extension when typing a manual email but no big deal

A centralized place to manage all of my leads and accounts via email, phone, text, linkedin! It is easy to use and very stable

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Salesloft because it allows me to start work everyday with a clear path of the tasks I need to get done. I love the Rhythm tab on Salesloft. It helps me decide which tasks I should prioritize. It is very user friendly, it was easy for me to learn initially and easy to navigate. Customer support responds quickly when I have an issue. It integrates with Salesforce and Lusha seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my cadences and rhythm can get disorganized. Incoming occasionally do not ring or notify me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me stay on top of my cold calls and emails by keeping everything organized and efficient. It lets me automate followups, track engagement, and personalize outreach at scale so I can focus on having better conversations instead of just keeping up with admin work. Plus, the analytics show me what’s working and what’s not, so I can tweak my approach in real-time. Overall, it makes my outreach smoother, helps me book more meetings, and keeps me from letting any prospects slip through the cracks.
makes cadence work easy
What do you like best about the product?
simplicity, easy to use and set up. great that it pulls through to my inbox. very effect have had great success with my outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say, I do wish that when clients confirmed meeting that it would be done through Salesloft and appear on my google calendar

to outreach the top 20 customers to secure meeting with my CEO, have been very successful
Amazing help with prospecting!
What do you like best about the product?
I like to build cadences and I get to decide how to use them. It's efficient and very user friendly. It connects well with our other tools too. Makes me be able to stay organized and get emails out in a timely manner and organize how I prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a negative. Sometimes it can be glitchy or slow when lots of emails are going out...but that's to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to send lots of emails to the right folks in a timely manner.
