Salesloft makes your work life balance easier
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Salesloft is how it reminds you about your steps to do during the work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Salesloft is the new update because now it takes longer to go through your steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft benefits me by managing my work schedule a lot better. It keeps me organized and on track during the day.
Salesloft is a Powerful Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find the dialing capabilities to be the most valuable feature as it allows me to seamlessly send an email and follow up with a phone call.
What do you dislike about the product?
More ways to segment prospects in my name in Salesloft for various cadences would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Salesloft, I would be relying on a spreadsheet to track my prospects and that just isn't effecient. Salesloft puts all the tools I need in one spot so I dont have to toggle back and forth between various tools to get my job done. And being able to quickly review past conversations and cadences that have been sent to a prospect is helpful when re-approaching them.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesloft's ability to enhance sales engagement, optimize sales processes, and help sales teams achieve better results. It empowers account executives like me to work more efficiently and effectively, leading to Sales Wins and improved customer relationships. For me, it is my best buddy on my everyday life as a sales person, makes my work more efficient and helps me achieve my monthly quota.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited number of emails that can be sent per day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft offers a comprehensive platform for sales engagement like email tracking, cadence creation, call tracking, and analytics. These tools helps us manage our communication with prospects and customers in a structured and data-driven way.

Salesloft is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is the first tool I have used in my 20+ years in sales and sales leadership that is built more to empower the sales person first. It really has become the primary tool we use for managing our day to day business and all interactions with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasionaly ways that we would like to extend functionality beyond what is currently offered, but the Salesloft team has been very easy to work with to get new functionality into their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is giving us a single place to go for visibility into all customer interactions both over email and via zoom. It also has AI capabilities that has really improved efficiency for tracking next steps and action items.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the ability to create cadences for an easier way of communicating to other clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are disadvantages of sometimes not always seeing when an email bounces back and wish it would just automatically remove it from the cadence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track who has read or hasn't read an email and how to alter dates on emails that need to be sent in a cadence. I also love that it intergrates with Outlook and creates a task for me to respond to clients, so I'm not overthinking

What do you dislike about the product?
-Since rhythm has been going, the home dashboard is a total mess. Now when you are working on something then want to back track you basically just have to go to the home screen again and start back over to get into whatever you were doing. No longer saves our sort preferences, like by time zone. Tasks are a disaster. They used to be so easy to use and find and do follow ups and now each time I have to go and sort and filter to find them. The tracking doesn't show much regarding details, even HubSpot provides more info as far as website and email opens go.
There needs to be more customizations as well. For meetings, I want a full connect with Salesforce and Chorus so that I can see how the demo went in Salesloft and then it would allow Salesloft to automatically know if someone attended a meeting or not. The signature section is so hard to do formatting with it is pathetic.
Having cadence step completed, skipped, etc. in the activity window clogs up the feed so much that I then have to go to emails and phone tabs to quickly view. Cadence step completed/skipped etc. should just be in the cadence tab so people can easily view what they most often will be viewing, calls, emails, and tasks. When scrolling at a contact's previous activity, there shouldn't be the see more button, allow for continuous scrolling. Make it more functional for workers who need to quickly view something. Same goes for working a cadence step, when I want to scroll through my people, I can see so few, I have to hit see more for every 5 people! Then if I click on someone else's name, complete a task, boom, have to hit see more again.
The reporting needs to have different options for viewing like creating charts and really being able to customize reports.
The connection with Salesforce as far as inbound leads go and importing to Salesloft creates duplicates and it is annoying.

Easy to use as a simple minded sales rep.

The simplicity of the tool. The app allowed me to see who was reading my emails, how quick I should reach out to them.

Setting up sequences was tough at times.
