Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
You can do all stuffs in Salesloft, you can call, email basically everything. Very convenient to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, all features are very helpful especiall y to me as an account development representative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of emails and outbound calls. Its beneficial on my part because it helps me track all the emails and calls conveniently.

What do you like best about the product?
As an admin in setting up everyone's account with Salesloft, they make the process easy from your live webinars, online knowledge base, and scrorecard + a personal Salesloft advisor during onboarding. Their system has so many fetaures, in addition to incorporating AI!
What do you dislike about the product?
When buying the product as a really small company, the minimum users is 4. We only needed 1-2 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospect engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much information we're provided and the structure. It's also equipped with AI for efficiency and tons of data to measure my success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure of the interface is a little complex. It'd be nice if it was a bit simpler

It keeps track of my emails and workflow

What do you like best about the product?
The voicemail drop feature is great. I love keeping track of steps in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conductor AI is a waste of space. It loads slow. UI is messy and a headache. It doesn't make sense. It seems they ran to market with something AI to achieve the AI race, however, it provides no benefits or value. Salesloft makes sales processes more complex. Salesloft seems to be moving to becoming end-to-end sales intelligence platform, but there's nothing intelligent about any of the new features or products they have released. Integrations are buggy, the system shoots errors, and the platform runs slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They seems to be in the business of sales intelligence. I haven't recieved any intelligence from Salesloft though

Salesloft makes my job easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see all the steps I need to complete in one place and that I can easily see all my interactions with prospects. I also love being able to schedule emails to be sent at a later date and time. It's also great that it integrates with Outlook so I can insert my Salesloft templates if I'm sending an email from Outlook. Also, being able to include a link to schedule a meeting in my signature has been great! I've gotten a few meetings booked that way.There is a lot to appreciate about Salesloft!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing that I find really bothersome so far is the pinned notes. It's really annoying when there is a pinned note (with information that's no longer relevant) from one or two years ago that's always sitting at the top of the page, and most of the time when I try to unpin it I get an error message. It would be great if pinned notes were only pinned for the user that pinned them, if that makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the main "problem" for my role, which is being able to easily send emails and make calls from one convenient place. It's benefitting me by making me more effecient at my job.
Salesloft Is A Gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is very easy to use once you get all the set up completed. The cadences are amazing and have increased the number of leads we have gotten over the past year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is sometimes clunky BUT the team is always on hand to help you work through any issues you may have in the beginning setup. Once you get used to the product, its great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a CRM to help with our email cadences. The email platform is very easy to see what is working, what isn't, A/B testing, and much more.

Working on email scheduling and cadences makes it very useful for me to organize and conduct my work.

It's not as integrated with Salesforce as I would've liked

High Call Volume Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love cadences it allows me to easily have consistent and organize high outreach. I am able to customiz things exactly how I want or even build from a template frame. I also love being able to use a local dialer and pin down prospects that may have ghosted me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have issues with calls coming in and it not bringing up the file with the call or sometimes it not ringing at all- just recieveing a voicemail. It would be so helpful to minimize these glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is solving my time management and orginzation roadblocks. Theres a esasy to navigate dashboard with all the things I having coming up or need to tend to. I also have cadences to hop in and maintain a high outreach and automatically send emails when I decide and automatically. Taking care of a step i dont have to make = saving me time to do more important things for closing deals.

Salesloft keeps me organized and on-task. I also love the ability to see who's opening and acknowledging my emails.

Nothing negative to report. Works great.

I reach out to thousands of contacts a week. Salesloft keeps me organized in terms of where I need to focus my efforts as well as the anayltics behind why certain campaigns are successful.
