EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE
What do you like best about the product?
That you have a guideline on your day to day basis
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really, everything works fine for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it actuallly keep me on track on my accounts and document all the activities i have
Great addition to any CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create cadences that allow for calls and email automation. It has been a huge time saver and helps me stay organized with work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Salesloft has been the fact that my tasks from my existing CRM do not port over, therefore they do not show on my Google Calendar. I would like to see tasks show on my Google Calendar as tasks so I can complete them accordingly as with the events I set for my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us save time when a cadence is set up properly. It allows us to work smarter, not harder. We can do double the work in the same amount of time. We can track all calls and emails in one place and the live feed shows who opened their emails.
New upgrade is terrible and completely ruined it
What do you like best about the product?
Very good sales enablement, really makes a difference in being able to use multiple channel comms to reach prospects - these tools are game changers for any sales person
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft have launched an "AI" tool but i think they're just jumping on the bandwagon, it's made the platform worse and from what I can see there is 0 AI involved
I used to love salesloft and really campaigned for my new employer to purchase it, unfortunately It's an incredible let down and I would not recommend using it
reporting is always incorrect and really not useful to decifer, you'll need to go out and get another tool to understand it properly

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
outreach of course, tracking, maintaining any and every person who works in sales needs enablement - you'll get 10x the work done with a sales enablement tool - just dont pick salesloft
It helps me to be organized, priority calls and email via cadence
What do you like best about the product?
You can set a meeting with pre-filled context and remonder
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not create a reminder alarm and.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can search for best call, avauilabke cadences that you can referrence and used it to your cadences
It is intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
It can be integrated with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like everything is working well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to follow up with clients because of cadences
If you use Hubspot, don't use Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
I'm struggling to find anything positive to say about the solution - after 8 months of using it our team of 5 have stopped using it completely as it created so much extra work that should have been easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where do I start -
You can't set it to automatically add prospects, so you have to manually add them each day.
The Hubspot integration (if you can call it that) is not fit for purpose and constantly breaks, ruining reporting, creating duplicates etc.
You can't add dynamic fields like first name in the subject lines (which is so basic).
Training documentation is several versions out of date which makes training the team impossible and extremely frustrating.
Account management is non existant, clearly paying £20k a year isn't enough to warrant being contacted. A call every 3 months isn't too much to expect, surely?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft didn't solve any problems - we had hoped that it could increase our efficiency when personalising outreach but it hasn't.
It's also limited to one email domain, so volumes have to be relatively low.

Amazing first impression
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is highly user-friendly. Launching cadences never been that easy. Very adequate for outbound campaigns. Sends the right notifications without spamming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I already used few other infamous CRMs and if I have to compare I would say more automation is needed. Also the "home" section could be more well-arranged or could need more visibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're currently using two CRM (not that I am liking that), one for Data tracking (KPIs, team performance etc..) and Salesloft more for cold/warm calling, and inbound/outbound email outreach.
Automated workflow structures my day
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the automation creates a structure for my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like if I could search my notes made during calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to keep track of my prospects and creates a flow of how often to contact them making sure nothing falls in the cracks.
Salesloft optimizing the sales experience
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft allows users to be more effecient in managing their pipeline. Ability to insert meeting times for customers to avoid the back and forth for a meeting time. Also being able to create templates, snippets, and automated cadences for continuous customer engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is having to log in to get the extension to reflect in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is allowing the sales team to stay engaged with customers on open pipeline opportunities to ensure accurate and timely follow up is being conducted. With cadences and automation allows for constant engagement with close won as well as closed lost with nurture cadences.
Functional as an email sending tech, but horrible for reporting and worst for customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is very easy to pick up for your sales teams. It functions well enough and gives you the basic functionality one should expect from this type of technology. Salesloft does have a good add-on for chrome that makes lofting emails rather easy and it's simple enough to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is HORRID. The amount of excel docs I have to export to understand what templates are working is rediculous. What's more the standard SFDC conencted reports don't really suffice for optimization outside of standard activity tracking. The worst part of Salesloft is there is no customer support. You have to join a webinar on friday's and ask your questions to get any answer from support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's letting us send out emails and cold calls and do so in a templated way that enables cadence work. It helps our SDR team do their job and to some degree track their progress.
