Great people, great platform and great support
What do you like best about the product?
This platform allows us to reach our market and decision-makers like never before. Giving us a repeatable process, consistent content and measurable results. Every point of contact we were assigned was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Plus, all the training options, video content and documentation allowed us to install rapidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't have any negative issues. Would like an Android app option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is in growth mode. We were looking to find a sales enablement platform that allowed us to engage in our local market. Our goal was to focus on our total addressable market. Deliver a consistent message with a multichannel approach. Within a few weeks, we could assess Salesloft and all its features. Within a month, purchase, gain access and implement into our production environment.
Perfect solution for SDR, BDR and all sales staff including AMs and CSMs
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy, efficient and seamless integrations. Easy to manage and maintain the daily tasks and perfect for running small medium and large cadences. It is the best platform out of the numerous reviews I did when buying it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be a bit more detailed. The reports seem to give a high level of; sometimes I need the detail. Also, the online help is good, but getting support on the phone is hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of getting people into cadences and managing the administration of all steps, crm work and giving me the knowledge I need when reviewing my cadences

Ultimate Cadence Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cadence system in salesloft, which makes me spot on with my follow-up with all my existing as well as my future contacts, I also like the calling and emailing feature that gives me notification if i missed out any update.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately i only find a single thing missing, if only salesloft was able to be accessable on Android phones, I could access salesloft from my mobile device with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft help me to meticulously follow a pattern to connect with my prospective customers also, has helped me realize potenital sales opportunities. I believe tracking email communication is equally important along with the outbound activity, as reaching out and sharing valuable information to C suite is important, and ensuring that the outreach is done on planned intervals. Salesloft has improved my sales pipeline and closure opportunities by 3X!
Cadence, organize the tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is an ultimate cadence organization tool that helps me keep track of my potential prospects. I can locate all my contacts on one single page and do a strategic follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the calling feature does not connect, and we will have a dead tone. We can try and tweak the software on the back end to make it more responsive to calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is making my daily calling activities very easy to manage. With one selection, I can send multiple emails. My productivity has increased significantly because of this wonderful tool.
The ultimate outreach tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've worked on many outreach tools, none of which compare to Salesloft. If you want the most robust and user-friendly platform, this is the one to invest in for your team. They regularly add new features that make it even better and set the benchmark for outreach tools. They also have a ton of thought leadership, best practices, and other free resources, making it even easier to create top performers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working at a startup, my only minor complaint is that I wish you could integrate multiple Google Calendars into the platform. Our sellers currently do not have seats for the tool and it would be nice to be able to allow SDRs to book on AE calendars with their awesome calendar tool. If you do have seats for your AEs, you can do this. It's understandable but the only qualm I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allows our team to do quality, customized outreach at scale. It makes it easier to stay organized, and creates a ton of efficiencies and transparency.

It's not vastly popular and not being used by everyone

What do you dislike about the product?
- No way to add automated LinkedIn outreach such as messages, contact requests etc. to the cadence. This has to be done manually
- Doesn´t offer prospect data such as e-mail addresses or phone numbers. Therefore another tool like ZoomInfo or Echobot is needed
- No way to import leads directly from LinkedIn to Salesloft. First you need to import your leads to your CRM system and then to Salesloft. An automated import would be great so the leads are automated directly to Salesloft and automatically also to the CRM. Woul be a time safer
