Salesloft is the top performer for CRM dialers and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I find the tagging system very useful when sending emails to customers for targeted promotions. Also, the other filters that are available help distinguish accounts. The ease to view other coworkers templates is beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides to Salesloft. One is that if multiple people are utilizing an account the contact downloaded only stays in the owner's name and cannot be shared amongst a team. This leads to various connections for one individual and does not allow information to be accessed seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No issues just customers firewalls kickback emails at times.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps in managing all my sales engagement activity in a single place. It also serves as a CRM at times when there are lead clashes among the reps. The integration with other software is also commendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX design is not as good as the outreach. Looking for new feature updates as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in sales engagement, especially email campaigns and tracking. the reporting and analytics part of the software is very insightful nd helps the top management to make business decisions in a better way.

It keeps detailed records of opportunites, contact with an account, lets you mark their account with your thoughts and details and track the contact records. It is organized and works well
What do you dislike about the product?
It talks to sales force but it is not working great. They communicate with each other but it's very hit and miss and the data regularly screws up. If you don't have absolutely perfect data hygiene or somebody messed it up before you, it causes a lotof issues. not a downside, just something to be aware of as an end user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping track of all sales records and what contact we've made on each account. it's easy to send over ops and having multiple people working it because it keeps records of who has done what most of the time.

Automation works really well.
SalesLoft really helps to be efficient as a salesperson.
It is also very complete as you also have a meeting booking system so no need to buy Calendly with it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions could be improved to be more efficient, especially around the LinkedIn integration. For example, you cannot include a template with dynamic fields in your LinkedIn cadences.
The booking system is also not super user friendly with putting in the e-mail all your availabilities. Customers don't usually understand it.

Very good tool to keep up to date prospection processes
What do you like best about the product?
The capacity to see all my leads and their respective position in the prospection sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone line is not strong enough when using a bluetooth headset (Jabra 75) it is mandatory to use the USB cable connexion to be heard high and clear by prospects.
Would be great to know if there is steps that are late and how much in days/weeks.
Would be nice to have a short cut to remove disqualified for sequences when emails are bounced for example.

Need to follow and sequence to connect several times on several medias with each target.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps me organize my tasks on a daily basis. Without it, I could not be as effective at my cold outreach. Their client service is AMAZING, and their sales reps are suuuper knowledgeable about best practices!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it relies directly on the wifi network (to my understanding), sometimes I am not able to call out. However, a simple disconnect and reconnect to the wifi network fix this problem.

It is super simple to use, their cadence templates are awesome, the gmail extension is an essential to my day to day, it has sped up my work day when it comes to sending out content to prospects and clients!

Useful and Very Feasible
What do you like best about the product?
Using the cadence, tracking the cadence, Dialer is very effective to book meetings with clients. Salesloft's team support also very helpful to give me insights more about the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, none. I'm enjoy using Salesloft. I just need to keep learning more about other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time and allow me to be effective and efficient on my outreach to client and surely it helps me for being more productive and focus on prioritizing most important tasks.
Best Sales Engagement Platform on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is the most intuitive sales engagement platform I have ever used. Even though they provide outstanding training and continuing education courses, the platform is so easy to use--you practically do not need the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the platform only has an iPhone app--the droid version isn't out yet. They do have one in the works, so it should be coming out soon--cannot wait!

SalesLoft has allowed me to be more efficient throughout the day because it:

The best way to personalize and send out mass emails with a friendly touch!
What do you like best about the product?
That I can quickly send out my weekly cadences with ease. doing that in gmail would be a headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some annoying features that I could do without, such as making sure to put a hold on all my cadence steps so my people are lost or the candence is completeled. Also wish there were more integration!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love seeeing who interacts/opens my emails. Gives me a good indication whether my work is in their wheelhouse or if I need to reach out by other means. I makes me more productive and streamlines my time so don't out in energy on emails that will never be opened.

Salesloft has a high flexibility in creating cadences. The platform allows for easy customization of cadences to meet specific needs, including adjusting timing, adding or removing steps, and personalizing content. This level of control has resulted in improved response and conversion rates for my outbound sales efforts. If you're seeking a platform that enables the creation of custom, effective cadences, Salesloft is definitely worth considering.
