What do you like best about the product?
Helps you in uploading all your leads to prospect and! Set cadences to pln an outreach and overall It helps you in streamlining the process. Which gives a structured outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in prticular as such. But sometimes there are glitches with the extension. There is room for improvement in creating cadences where they could suggest content based in the topic or purpose of outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in keeping a track of the follow up's that need to be made in a timely manner. Helpsnin keeping a tracj of the communication that you have been having with the prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is helping me control my CRM to reach out to my clients on a very strategic path. It shows real-time information on client interactions, proper alignment of time-controlled outreach, and helps me see the time spent on my client's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales loft can be very tedious and time consuming when personalizing information and making sure clients have a valued statement they can attach themselves to for better control
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is solving how I outreach to my clients on a more strategic timeline which is benefiting me to be able to have time control throughout my day so that I am not wasting time.

What do you like best about the product?
Email Tracking is what I have found most helpful to me with being able to contact my prospects in a timely manner. The best thing about this is contacting them when they are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of personalization if the company is creating all of my email templates. The way the tracking it does cause you to lose your creativity if your company decides to go that route.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve the problem of knowing when my client or prospect opens up my email and clicks the links that i send over. My business performance would increase if the company would let me use the personalization i would like.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can track my calls and also be able to associate them to the right contact when it is from a different number to be able to add that into SF
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across one yet :) once I will be able to find one I will update you all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me the contacts that are important as I choose the ones that are right for the business. It shows me how many calls and emails it allows me to track as well to see how my overall performance is.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating an easy workflow with trackable results to help with follow up and plan for more targeted outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides. Most of the errors come from the import process or with the crm tools used to upload the contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft gives me a targeted audience that I can customize my outreach for different roles, using templates and tracking to improve my contact to lead outreach ratio. It shortens and creates specific targets for outreach and better success.

the dialer is not smart and sometimes doesn't recognize numbers

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to take notes right after the calls. The seamless integration with our CRM - Salesloft. The ability to mark a contact as EU. To build cadences that can help win building our pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being straightforward when logging in notes right after a call - you have to manually enter to see if it will be recorded on the right opportunity or not. I guess this has something to do with the plan that we have, but the limited number of emails that can be sent in a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can easily listen to the calls in real time by launching the Live Call Studio.

Easy to listen to recorded calls.

The great framework of the cadences and the ability to create one from scratch wherein we can easily use to touch base with our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ability to customize automation to your team's workflow but also use group settings to alter them slightly from department to department.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional bugs that sometimes cause slow-downs for my team, but support always does a great job at addressing them quickly. I would like to see account automation improved but understand that it is a reasonably new function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation allows us to streamline our outbound efforts which has significantly increased our productivity. No longer are we doing manual work to reach our daily output goals.

What do you like best about the product?
The timezone is always there, setting up a meeting and texting a client. I enjoy that I can toggle easily and hone in on the activity and see who opens my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cadences process is complex and feels complicated and time consuming. Auto import of contacts should happen from Salesforce to Saleloft. Tedious to keep importing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up meetings, texting and tracking my conversations with prospective clients. Tracking when they receive and open my emails. Being able to track activities with various people in our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft helps me stay organized and has allowed me to triple the number of prospects I can work with at one time over just trying to use Salesforce where everything is a manual process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing my existing Pipeline has been a challenge in Salesloft, but I am still finding ways to make it more efficient than Salesforce alone.

Currently, if you send an email to 5 people it is only logging as having contact with the first person on the email so it looks like stakeholders on the deal are not having any contact with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has allowed me to reach more prospects with great efficiency.
