Must Have for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Great for designing, measuring, managing, and actioning emails/calls/LI cadences. I don't know what I would do without the visibility it gives me to what my prospects are responding to and how others in my org are prospecting!

What do you dislike about the product?
No AI functionality to improve prospecting cadences and messaging. You'd think it would be the perfect platform to give you a nudge in a better direction with all the data they have. Given their huge, unique dataset, I'd expect them to start leveraging those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who to target, when to outreach, and how to structure my day.
Even if I don't get a response, I know who is interacting with my content so I can better structure my time.

Organized chaos
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking communications based on contacts/accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Suggestive text in the search bar is not as user friendly as Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the mass communication features and tracking views.

*I love the analytics, especially open and click rates and automating my outreach to make the process easier.

To add signature even when replying to a lead.

SalesLoft helps me solve the problem of manually writing emails to an extent where sometimes I spend only a few minutes a day sending emails and automated cadences make my life way easier.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things I like about Salesloft like how the software is always understanding a lead's sentiment, I love how there's email view tracker but what stands out most for me is the ability to dial from Salesloft (reduces a couple clicks)
What do you dislike about the product?
I love how SalesLoft has task reminders, but the pitfall of that is it does not remind you like how a google calendar would, definitely something they should consider
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually work in a team with a high lead flow, and it is just not possible to remember the next step, I like how the cadence steps always remind you to keep nurturing and following up. I have closed so many deals due to the timely follow ups

What do you like best about the product?
Once everything is in SalesLoft, cadences are super effiecient. It is easy to do a lot of dials and send a lot of emails rapidly. It UX is up to date, easy to use, aesthetically pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to sync stuff from NetSuite onto Salesloft. Emails end up in Spam box and when we call its pops up as a spam number making us less effective at outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very easy to track activity, stay on touch plans, and be more effective at outreach
A very robust platform for automating sales outreach...and likely more.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the interface of the platform. I'm able to quickly plan my day, prioritize my outreach tasks, and see any key prospect meetings that are upcoming. The third-party integrations are also very good...CRM logging and video recording are 2 that I frequently use.
It looks like the platform can do a lot more as well for sales/sales development collaboration (i.e. pipeline management and conversational intelligence).

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything specifically wrong about SalesLoft...most of the issues I have are because of the way it's been implemented in the current environment or gaps in our enablement/usage of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily workflow management (Email tracking, call tracking, follow-ups)
Snippets are the BEST!
What do you like best about the product?
I use the snippets and the templates every day, all day! They help me save time but also keep what I worked on for a great response or outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a lot of time to put in all the contacts for cadences, so I have not used that too often.

Saves time! The snippets, the templates save my time.

The SalesLoft software is fantastic, and I love that I can go through all my clients in a day and keep track of my calls and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
If an email is replied to from a different address, it won't be shown in the sales loft.
positioning of the tasks reminder is easy to miss; it would be nice if it's in the top right corner instead of the bottom right and maybe have email reminder for upcoming tasks. Currently, i have to do it on my calendar manually so i won't miss the task reminders from SL. also being able to attach inbound calls to my sales loft accounts would be a nice feature to have, currently i will have to make a new person if customer calls me back from a different number.

Organizing my call list and creating a nice to-do list so i wont have to go through a bunch of old archaic programs to get the same information

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create cadences that help me move quickly to connect with my customers. I have used it on the Sales team and now on the Customer Success Team. It especially helps when collaborating across departments for visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike.

It helps me move quickly among my customer communications and helps with tracking who I have/haven't spoken with.
Easy to find the right cadences and make calls.

How easy it is to take notes down while making a call and how easy it is to track who i have called.

I dont dislike it at all. its easy and i can see others notes on the contact if i need more information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the problem where i can do all my calls and emails in one space and not have to jump around too different softwares.
