What do you like best about the product?
Cadence is the best feature of Salesloft it has made my life so easy and convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
It still has some errors because of which it looses connectivity to headphones which are connected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving a lot of time by providing an automated process for dialling the numbers added in the cadence

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the tracking and organization that Salesloft allows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Today, somebody didn't receive my emails when I lofted them. He almost attended a meeting I was trying to reschedule but never received the emails I sent him.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activity tracking. Helps me stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy workflows, doesn't bug out like Outreach. The tab at the side where I can make calls and send emails but still access the rest of the platform's functionality is fantastic. I love the live feed of those engaging with my outreach and the ease of use with which I can add contacts to cadences, change their account, and change their cadence. I love how you can sort by cadence, account and timezone and add contacts to cadences directly from Zoom Info. It always seamlessly integrates with LinkedIn. It's probably the only software I use where there isn't a stand-out thing that I'm always annoyed they don't have, it's excellent, and it works exactly as it's supposed to.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides; I can think of minor improvements. Suppose I could easily add a phone number in the sidebar without editing the account if the tasks section popped up at the top of the screen when the task was due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily reach, track and communicate with my customers. It offers quick workflows and easily integrates with other software like Zoom info, salesforce and LinkedIn.

Why SalesLoft makes my life easier!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SalesLoft is the way it manages my contacts and touches for me. Long gone are the days of multuple spreadsheets, copy, dates of when what was sent and due dates for others. SalesLoft keeps it all together for me nicely in a convenient, user-friendly platform. What I like most, though, has to be the Live Feed. I can know who is reading or clicking on my touches, if they're passing it around (more reads/clicks = more people receiving my one message!) and who I should be following up on, based on those few metrics. It's just AWESOME.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one down-side to SalesLoft is not having the chance to un-send something. In GMail and others, you can unsend something after 30-60 seconds. With SalesLoft, if you send something at that moment, you cannot unsend. Often times, I'll catch myself putting the wrong name or missing proper punctuation and not be able to recall/edit it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics, contact organization, and contact information/details.

What do you like best about the product?
-Helps me see a lot of my data and people in one place
-Helps me focus on my tasks
-Easy to structure my day
-Manager has the same data I do, less micromanaging
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't seem to work well with our CRM. It can sometimes be a struggle getting prospects quickly into Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of organization and getting my tasks/to-do in one place to make calls, conduct meetings, and keep notes.

What do you like best about the product?
The tasks help you stay organized. I like that it give you a new number to call from and you can call prospects cell and work phones easily. Easy to take notes after a call
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't make changes to contacts and get automatic updates. Have to go through sales force to make changes then it will transfer over to Loft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me build out prewritten emails and stay on top of my cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything on one screen creates a more efficient work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the note section was a bit better. You can not hit enter and go down to "blletpoint".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Salesforce, I constantly had to click in and out of everything to do my day-to-day job. With SalesLoft, I can do my day's work in half the time since it is on the main screen.
