Pretty good but could be better

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule out massive amounts of emails in a short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's inaccurate. It will pull the wrong account from Salesforce and even when you try and fix it, it won't update for the future. Also, you can't select certain emails to send in bulk, it's always just the following emails in the list that salesloft arbitrarily puts together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send out massive amounts of emails with personalized details, like their name and company, fairly easy. I can also track my email performance through the analytics like open rates, reply rates etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access the open information, where they opened it, if they clicked on items, and being able to determine if the email was forwarded is unbelievably useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly, the only thing I dislike is that it can be a bit finicky. With the attachment in Outlook, it does not always "Loft it!" (meaning send emails) like it is supposed to. Sometimes when you send emails in SalesLoft, it will say they are sent, but just send them to your drafts with no notification to let you know that it wasn't actually sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing when someone has opened my emails allows me to know that people have received my information and are either not interested or I should circle back with them!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics. The reporting provides great insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin I am unable to view each individual SDR's home screen view. I am only able to see total activities due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing my team to stay focused and organized.

Great sales cadence / outreach tool

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, simple cadence solution. Support is good, they answer emails quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is certain functionality lacking that Outreach does have, these are minor things that I hope SL would implement such as marking a number incorrect in a different colour so you don't call it again (right now you have to delete the number) and being able to add account level notes that appear on each contact belonging to the same account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to put ptospects in a cadence and follow steps. Keeping track of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to coach reps, create cadences, do bulk emails, link to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection to Salesforce can be better. I also don't like that the Twilio partnership can lead to calls being marked as Spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our reps a single source to do outbound prospecting. Also provides us with activity tracking.

Great Onboarding and Transition from Groove to Salesloft

What do you like best about the product?
We were previously using Groove and decided to take the switch to Salesloft. The things we like best are the simplisity of setup the ease of owning changes through automation and giving much more ownership to the sales leaders and sales maangers to optimise and grow the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Saying this, there is limitations in the automations we can do. I would love more automations around the Opportunity vs the Contact level in Salesloft. The dialer is also not the best we've experienced but hope improvements are made in this space which I know there are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying Salesl Engagement for us overall.
Intergrating multiple 3rd party tools into one. We had around 4 tools for sales enablement and engagement and now this is all rolled into Salesloft via their Enterprise level of account.

A great solution but be careful

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is awesome. We all know that it takes multiple touch points to get the attention of buyers and this automates the process while also providing a TON of other options including a dialer, conversation intelligence, conversation insights, and so much more
What do you dislike about the product?
Individuals should be required to get certified before using SL. Unfortunately SL and other such products have allowed reps to effectively email bomb prospects which can be rather annoying!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many many problems in short. It allows you to automate cadences instead of having to set reminder to follow-up on phone calls or emails to prospects. The coaching tools allow me to scale myself and not have to join every call to give reps feedback

The Visual look and the cadence feature are both the top of the line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I thought it was awesome. It looks like I am forced to give one answer so I would say that it needs to add more capability of importing from sources directly.

What do you like best about the product?
Customizable Cadences: Salesloft allows me to create customized sequences that are tailored to my prospects' behavior and responses. I can set up a sequence that sends follow-up emails to prospects who opened my first email but didn't respond. Moreover, I can set different steps in a sequence for different personas, ensuring that my outreach is personalized and effective.

Sales Intelligence: It provides valuable sales intelligence that helps me to understand my prospects better. For instance, I can view a prospect's LinkedIn profile directly from Salesloft, which gives me insights into their interests, job history, and connections. This information has helped me to write more personalized and relevant emails that resonate with my prospects.

Reporting and Analytics: it provides detailed reporting and analytics that help me to measure the effectiveness of my sales engagement efforts. I can track open rates, reply rates, and conversion rates for each sequence, which helps me to identify areas that need improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize my outreach. Additionally, I can see which steps of my sequence are performing better and adjust accordingly.

Integrations: Salesloft integrates seamlessly with other sales and marketing tools that I use, such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn. This integration has helped me to streamline my workflow and save time by eliminating manual data entry and enabling me to access all my sales tools from one platform. For instance, I can create a sequence in Salesloft that automatically syncs with Salesforce, ensuring that my sales data is always up-to-date.

Customer Support: Salesloft provides excellent customer support, with responsive and knowledgeable representatives who are always ready to assist me. For example, when I had an issue with one of my sequences, I reached out to their support team, and they quickly resolved the problem and even offered me tips on how to optimize my sequence for better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Customization: While Salesloft allows for customization of sequences, there are some areas where customization is limited. For instance, I wish I could customize the layout of the dashboard to suit my preferences. Additionally, there are certain fields in the CRM that cannot be customized, such as the "Primary Contact" field.

Limited Search Capabilities: Salesloft's search capabilities are limited, which can be frustrating at times. For instance, when searching for a specific contact, I have to scroll through a long list of results to find the one I am looking for. Moreover, I cannot search for contacts based on specific criteria, such as job titles or industries.

Steep Learning Curve: Salesloft can be overwhelming for new users due to its many features and functionalities. While the platform offers a lot of support, it can take some time to become proficient in all aspects of the software. Additionally, some of the features are not intuitive, and it can be difficult to find the right settings or options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has proven to be an indispensable tool in managing my daily workflow and driving results. With Salesloft, I am able to streamline my outreach process, organize and track customer data more efficiently, and access insights that enable me to make more informed decisions. Moreover, it allows me to automate and personalize my outreach at scale, freeing up more time for building relationships with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate SalesLoft's streamlined prospecting process and its ability to keep communication with leads consistent throughout the sales pipeline. Their comprehensive onboarding process allowed us to easily integrate this software into our existing platform, such as Salesforce. I'm also impressed with their commitment to keeping brand messaging and communications consistent - something that saves busy sales teams time formatting or building new ideas every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that SalesLoft doesn't provide visibility into our customers' journeys based on milestones of their own progression. The lack of visibility into the specific customer timeline can make it difficult for us to effectively monitor and measure results in a meaningful way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me manage my inbound and outbound communications and activities more efficiently, allowing the Sales, CSM and Recruiting teams to work together in a more organized manner.
