Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy salesloft is to navigate. The tool where we can review our calls through the script is pretty neat and helpful when doing call reviews. It also automatically sets the next step for you if you get an automatic out of office reply which is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about salesloft is that sometimes the time zone is completely inaccurate and if I am working a ton of people in a cadence at a time, I usually forget about a few that are in the incorrect time zone and I miss my time slot to call them. The time zones are important to me because I work for the international team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I can think of.
Makes life easier prospecting and keeping current clients up to date
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to call, text, and email from Salesloft, email, or Salesforce. The ability to easily track communications with my clients is amazing. The ability to send out cadences around specific topics I am trying to push whether it is an expansion push or a new feature update.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is pretty clunky. I do not like to text clients with my personal number (which can't be tracked) so I use the messaging feature on salesloft a lot. The app doesn't always update quickly and can sometimes close randomly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily tracking communicatins with clients. It allows my team and I to see who has opened and clicked on emails, as well as view if I have called or messaged a client recently.
Simple Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The way all of your meetings and cadences are available at a quick glance. Lets you create a daily/weekly plan in less than a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I see that is difficult but I may not know how to use the cadence fully yet is when attaching people to a cadence after you attach one person from an account you can only cc other contacts from the same account. Trying to set up meetings where there is more than one contact from the same account there is not a way to track the cadence from multiple contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve the problem of building out your daily plan. It is helping to construct a routine and not break from it.

Salesloft is an asy-to-use platform. Breaks down my day in a step-by-step process
What do you dislike about the product?
Inbound calls don't show up on my dashboard. Can only answer on my cell. The ringing sound is impossible to turn off, so I need to restart my computer.

SalesLoft helps with organizational challenges. It helps me break down my prospecting cadences.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a great tool that helps me in my current role.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I cannot get customers information transferred from salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep track of customers I visit , contact (call, email , share useful product information).
Salesloft puts salesforce usage on another level
What do you like best about the product?
everything you need if right there in front of you. If you require navigation, its stil as easy as a click!
What do you dislike about the product?
The movement of the information from salesloft to salesforces doesn't record where I need it to record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ease of calling is its best benefit. Choosing a conact based on the number the call came in from is great, even when the person/# isn't already in salesloft. It didn't require training to figure out how to do it.
Great Product, Too Many Bugs
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to keep track of information, user friendly; great analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Always have to redownload the google chrome extension because is buggy. Sometimes random things happen and it doesn't work

Cadences, this makes our life easier. Thanks to sales loft.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using sales loft more than 2-3 hours straight, it becomes slow and lags a lot, this really affects our productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales loft solves most of my problems like showing analytics of the work that we've done. The best part is that it helps us understand how many people opened our emails which is a great option, that is really important for us since we send pitch emails to our clients.
Salesloft > Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Slalesloft is very user-friendly and so easy to use. I have used Outreach at my last company as an AE and the number of calls I can make in a day using SalesLoft is exponentially more. Helping to get more done and build more of a pipeline. One of the key reasons I chose my company was because they use SalesLoft and using Outeach is a nightmare is comparison
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion calls won't log properly, and pages won't load but after a page refresh it usually resolves any of those minor issues. Not worth choosing another software company over Salesloft.
