Makes sale life easier but features aren't thought through

What do you dislike about the product?
- isn't possible to skip cadences, unpin notes or delete tasks if another person created them
- call tasks can't be pushed to the next day if the call wasn't conntected. It is only possible to complete or they will remain as overdue
- Not possible to manually make research steps or linkedin steps which are then displayed in reports. Those two touchpoints are only possible via cadence steps
- if you call someone via quick calling instead of cadence step it isn't possible to complete the cadence step afterwards
- call quality could be better

Boost your email performance with Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
I also love Salesloft's comprehensive contact record catalogue, which provides a bird's eye view of each relationship. It shows the emails sent through that channel, as well as email history from other applications such as Gmail or Outlook - all in one place I also like that I can customise my views based on criteria such as account name and owner. Not to mention, Salesloft allows me to easily link calls, tasks and team conversations to any contact record. It is an invaluable asset for tracking progress within my business cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning to use Salesloft can be intimidating at first. However, you'll soon become familiar with the platform's features and functionality. One issue I have when working with the dialer is the occasional connection failure, which forces me to turn to Zoom - a very time-consuming process as each call has to be manually logged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesloft, I'm saving time by having streamlined access to my CRM data. Automated emails, organised schedules and centralised communication make it easy for me to stay on top of tasks without sacrificing efficiency or effectiveness.

ability to track my meetings, mails, calls and gives enough data to make right decisions , which are revenue oriented

sometimes general performance is lagging and slow, the overall system suffers the impact and otherwise all managable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing day to day sales engagements and keeping track of the same is what it does for me. Digital selling tasks are simplied and half of my load is reduced, reminds me of the action plan regarding respective accounts

Ease of use. Campaign creation tool makes follow up easy.

I am overall happy with product but feel experience would be better if I had a sales support person to help me learn more about product.

Very little, it doesn't seem to offer anything more than hubspot.

Clunky, dialler is very tempermental, Email cadencing is horrible, too many click to perform tasks.

Credit issues and performance problems with the softphone. Could be an integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily helping with engagement and driving sales activity. Great for cold outreach but also for nurturing leads and current customers. It has been great for AB testing for different outreach activities

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Salesloft is to use and master. Its features, such as the ability to share email templates and track who opened which emails, make communication simple yet effective by allowing us to send highly personalised messages at scale. In addition, Vidyard's easy-to-use interface makes it effortless to integrate video into our conversations, while providing users with helpful sample messages for follow-up reminders reassures customers that we are committed to customer care.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the fact that Salesloft's interface was sometimes not very intuitive. For example, in order to dial, you had to click on one section and then go to another side for the dialer, constantly moving between two sections rather than having everything you needed in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps me automate my communication with new customers, making it easier for me to connect in a more strategic way. I've been able to use the reports to monitor changes and adjust the cadences I build accordingly.
Love the Tool and Features but Performance is sometimes a Issue
What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot the functions and features. The ability to copy or create cadences helps a lot. Also the direkt plug in to salesforce is a big bonus. Overall very easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance and reliability. Sometimes it is very laggy or slow. Seldom it also occurs that calls are not logged or the system just crashes while uploading contacts to cadances.
Currently I am also struggling with the function when you are getting an inbound call. You can hear it ring but to pop up to pick up sometimes doesnt show which means i can pick up the inbound call.

To keep track of all my calls, mails and meetings booked. Which actions have i already had with which stakeholder at which date and time.

Salesloft is used for my Job!
What do you like best about the product?
The overview and easieness of finding my way through Salesloft! It is simply really easy to use and the quality of the product is good! However, I have never used a competitor, hence, I can not compare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the quality of my calls is not as good as I could wish for. However, overall to summarize, it is a good product. Moreover, there is a lot of Information i have to process on a daily basis.

It is solving the Calling issue for me. I use this tool in order to reach my contacts and therefore, I can track whom I already called and which one I still need to contact.

What do you like best about the product?
The experience using Salesloft in my company has been positive; as a sales automation platform, it has improved our efficiency and productivity by automating many sales processes that we previously had to perform manually. Thanks to this tool, we have efficiently managed our sales pipeline, established personalized and automated email cadences for our prospects, and followed up and coordinated meetings with the sales team and even with potential customers. Another thing I appreciate is its ability to integrate with other sales tools and technologies we already use; this has allowed us more agility and flexibility.

A clear obstacle could be its price; it is a bit expensive tool compared to other alternatives in the market. Also, the initial setup process is a bit complex, and it usually takes some time for new users to become thoroughly familiar with the platform.

It has been a highly beneficial tool within my organization, as it has allowed me to automate a large part of the sales processes and increase the efficiency and productivity of the sales teams. By using this tool, we have effectively managed the pipeline, established personalized and automated email cadences for prospects, conducted follow-ups and coordinated meetings with potential customers, all in a single platform that is intuitive and easy to use.
