What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to close business and get more books for my company. I like some of the analytics even though I find it hard to figure out where they are.

What do you like best about the product?
It just makes the life of prospecting so much easier from start to finish. I wouldn't manage a team without it. So many great features for reporting on different KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the CRM integrations need some work still. Their main integration is SalesForce, which I've heard works very well, and they have okay integrations with HubSpot and Dynamics, but both of these need so work. Unless you have one of these two, you're out of luck unless you use a third party to connect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it a lot easier to follow up on different actions and effectivaly prospect. Cadences are super easy to create and customise which makes the life of a SDR a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesloft has a lot more analytics and metrics to look at from a manager perspective, as well as the sales users on my team that have to utilize Salesloft every day with dialing prospects and finishing prospecting tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Salesloft shows how long you haven't contacted a prospect or certain cadence, like an overall due date. There is no option on the fron page for users to see how long their prospects have been in the cadence, you have to dive deep individually to see how long these prospects have been in there and when their steps are due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is solving the automation in email and calls for our entire sales team here at Interos. We benefit from being able to record and listen in on every team members calls, as well as their metrics and records. The data is well managed and easy to transfer into our Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Salesloft is that you can do consistent follow-up, customize cadences for different markets and leave nothing behind. I have tried Outreach and HubSpot Sales Hub and I think Salesloft is the most competitive sales tool on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when finishing a cadence and putting a person in nurturing, this doesn't work. Very often I have to do this manually and update Salesloft and Salesforce manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft lets me know what's working and what's not to help me to set strategy, drive alignment, predictably generate revenue, and scale my sales organization. Salesloft gives me complete visibility into your reps' activities at a glance.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic email cadences, and keeping track of my progress with sales prospects. I find it amazing that I can spend 3 hours on filling out an excel sheet and have it automatically send out 4,000 emails over the course of a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deselecting people to add to a cadence, Sometimes, I have to spend 30 minutes clicking 1 by 1 on people to unselect to add to a cadence. I find this very aggrevating. There has to be an easier way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me a ton of time on emails. I save hundreds of hours sending out emails thanks to Saleslofts CSV email set up. It makes my life so easy and I owe all my success to it.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft presents the data in a manner that's easy to follow and digest. Several good features include tagging the prospect with identifiers; managing tasks; sending calendar links; creating, managing and executing cadences, and interacting with Salesforce and Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft cannot accurately calculate the number of people who open an email if you include an attachment because the company the prospect works for often "opens" the email to scan the attachment to ensure they don't include viruses. Since so many companies do this, the number presented as emails opened cannot be trusted. Additionally, I've been using SalesLoft for a long time and haven't seen many new features added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft provides me the ability to manage my prospect and customer outreach better, which in turn helps me increase my daily outbound productivity and overall sales performance.

The transparency you need to measure impact of outreach and content engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking and alerts for email opens, content clicks. Structure and automation of sales campaigns through planned cadences, with metrics that objectively measure success rates of opens, clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of push/pull integration with Salesforce. For example, I can export Salesforce contacts to Salesloft, but I cannot import Salesloft contacts into Salesforce. It is also a bit more difficult/opaque to measure shares of emails with colleagues of the intended recipient. You can guess that an email is being shared when you see multiple/frequent opens, in different locations. It would be great to track who is opening those forwarded emails, especially if they are contacts in our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Salesloft I would not be able to track who is opening my sales emails to understand how possible variations of ideas, content, subject lines, length, personalization, etc. work to engage the recipients.

Best Prospecting tool around

What do you like best about the product?
I love the insights that it provides to those that either open emails or interact with my meeting links. The deal page is also very helpful to being successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the importing of contacts from Salesforce. It feels clumsy and tough to do in bulk. Maybe design a tool that can easily format the lists to allow them for easier imports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool allows me to know if my outreach and emails are actually making a difference to my overall pipeline. Also, I am able to see, at a glance, if I am doing enough with my current deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use, cadence building, and hot leads capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like some of the "parameters" ie when an email is scheduled and you're trying to edit the body of the message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of mass personalized messaging and the easy LinkedIn integration.

What do you like best about the product?
The insights about the outreach response - read, open and clicks for all my email outreach. And the calling feature is very systematic and time -saving. It calls for intelligent sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the team cadences are not customizable. And causes a robotic effect instead of creating a natural human touch. Team cadences should be customizable individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated mails help in saving time and I have realized that I can utilize that extra time in other research like client history, leads etc.
My performance has increased and I can reach out to clients faster with little effort.
