What do you dislike about the product?
Emails bouncing so one week in particular I wanted a prospect to have more info and he did not get email, happened to lots of people

Making sure I am reaching out to all my prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Cadence and analytics are super useful. love it as it helps me plan and execute in the most productive way. Thank you Salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsize but we should give cx an opportunity if he wants to unsubscribe the next email- in the sender's email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tells me, how many emails were sent, and percentage of people opening, and how many are replying. It helps me to review my email details to ensure I plan well and change as needed on basis of available analytics.

Salesloft is an interactive way to communicate and follow up with current/past/future candidates regarding locums opportunties

Sometimes it can glitch at the mobile version can be difficult to use at times

Definiting logging calls and emails and allowing visibility in areas that may need improvement. Overall it is a great platform and very beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean UX interface and how Salesloft tracks views, opens, etc. I also like being able to call through SalesLoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Down sides for me are how SalesLoft connects with Salesforce. It might be more of an issue with my team not using SalesLoft perfectly, but it feels like sometimes data cleanliness is hard to maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that SalesLoft is managing is utilizing outreach cadences and being able to visualize my output as well the effectiveness of my email outreach. This is my first and only experience with a platform like SalesLoft, so I don't have much to compare it to.

it's accessible from your phone, it's clean and easy to use. it works seamlessly with Salesforce. it pulls opps from duplicate accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
when you open a sent email within gmail, it shows the prospect opened it - sometimes multiple times which triggers hot leads that aren't accurate

What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed, interface, support and ease of usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like analytics lags in between 4-7 pm, GMT +1. I often cannot see the actual number of my calls in that period. I would also like an option to pause a particular person in the cadence (not to set the rule for the whole cadence). Sometimes Task reminder button freezes. I would also like the option to pin my most important cadences to the top of the dashboard.

I am able to call, email and track the activity of my prospects that I have to attend on daily bases as a BDR.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to save all data about contacts, leads, account etc in one place and the direct integration with our CRM - also I love dialler feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing - everything is thought of and I cant think of anything that doesnt work well

It contains all data about the people I am targeting, plan to target plus the messaging that me and my team globally create. Also marketing has a hand in creating and tailoring outreach for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super simple, very clean UI/UX and offers all the features I need. Their customer service is always on point, and it leads our team to success no matter what day of the week it is!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is much I dislike I about SalesLoft. The only feature I wish they offered was being able to freeze a single cadence at a time, instead of having to freeze all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is solving the outbound issue for us. From email to calls, SalesLoft lets us do it all, and track it all simply. Highly recommend and can't wait to grow our team with SalesLoft.
Great Source of Consistency
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize and work across the organization and multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not integrate well with some of our other systems. Also, the filters are limited in some instances. Would like to be able to segment/group further.

Organizing efforts across my team while also having a company-wide view.
