What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, notifications about hot leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Excellent customer experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email cadences. Easy to use and keep track of emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed, interface, support and ease of usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like analytics lags in between 4-7 pm, GMT +1. I often cannot see the actual number of my calls in that period. I would also like an option to pause a particular person in the cadence (not to set the rule for the whole cadence). Sometimes Task reminder button freezes. I would also like the option to pin my most important cadences to the top of the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to call, email and track the activity of my prospects that I have to attend on daily bases as a BDR.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to save all data about contacts, leads, account etc in one place and the direct integration with our CRM - also I love dialler feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing - everything is thought of and I cant think of anything that doesnt work well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It contains all data about the people I am targeting, plan to target plus the messaging that me and my team globally create. Also marketing has a hand in creating and tailoring outreach for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super simple, very clean UI/UX and offers all the features I need. Their customer service is always on point, and it leads our team to success no matter what day of the week it is!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is much I dislike I about SalesLoft. The only feature I wish they offered was being able to freeze a single cadence at a time, instead of having to freeze all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft is solving the outbound issue for us. From email to calls, SalesLoft lets us do it all, and track it all simply. Highly recommend and can't wait to grow our team with SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize and work across the organization and multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not integrate well with some of our other systems. Also, the filters are limited in some instances. Would like to be able to segment/group further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing efforts across my team while also having a company-wide view.

What do you like best about the product?
The different Analytical Functions that you offer
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is to not have the ability to put an extension next to the phone number and have SalesLoft recognize it

We have individual KPI's that we are needing to meet on a daily basis and SalesLoft helps me get a visual on what I need to do to reach and exceed those KPI's

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create cadences in Salesloft to customize the pipeline of focus. Salesloft intergrates seamlessly with many major platforms and can even communicate with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have the option to edit a cadence in which contacts are already on but do not have an email. I have to individually either skip step or remove from cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft enables me to be more efficient with workflow in that I do not need to indivudually log each and every email or phone call that is outgoing because its connected to Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of the platform leads to great productivity increases over other tools that I have used. having the steps due broken down by step is much more organized. The live feed tends to be really helpful as well for knowing when to reach out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to switch back and fourth between salesforce and salesloft, this makes it a little more difficult to record notes in salesforce chatter. There may be some integrations that could solve this though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft provides great analytics on connected calls/opportunity rates that are easy to access and digest. The Cadences are also extremely helpful in contacting the right people at the right time and automating reminders. Reps have been very helpful to our team in sharing best practices and creating ideal cadences.
